Green light radiates in ten directions. Gather the essence of the wind element. Transformed into the letter YAM (藏文, Devanagari: yam, Romanized Sanskrit: yam, Literal meaning: यं). Think of it dissolving into your own breath. Again, various lights radiate. Together with many attendants, fierce power, strength, etc. Affect all those with longevity and merit, and all sentient beings. Gather longevity, merit, wealth, and power. The signs of accomplishment from temporary practice are: breath does not pass through the right nostril. Seeing an iron vajra in a dream. Wearing armor on the body, and crossing a great river and escaping from a cliff. Riding a lion and holding the sun and moon. Living in an iron house, etc. Signs of accomplishment.
