Slightly expanded, the Amitayus of the five places (five places: referring to the five parts of the crown of the head, both shoulders, throat, and heart) of the disciples merge into light. The disciples appear as the Guru parents, also transforming into light, merging into the great bindu of the five perfections, becoming the self-luminous radiance of the single clear point (Tibetan: ཏི་ལ་ཀ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: तिलक, Sanskrit Romanization: tilaka, Chinese literal meaning: a point between the eyebrows). At this time, the five goddesses who protect the life arrow, with the wheel, lotus, vajra, jewel, and swastika as mudras, bless with white, red, blue, yellow, and green colors respectively, so that conditioned phenomena are not harmed by any sudden accidents, are not destroyed, and become the nature of vajra. After visualizing, recite: Om, wisdom goddess, deity who protects the life arrow, with various colors, holding precious ornaments, wheel, lotus, vajra, jewel, swastika, with radiant mudras, may you protect my life, life force, body essence, power, and luck, as well as all internal and external obstacles and adverse conditions, may you completely protect, vajra protection, Om! (Tibetan: བཛྲ་རཀྵ་བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र रक्षा भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra rakṣa bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra Protection Om) Touch the life arrow to each place, and bless. With this profound longevity empowerment, relying on the outer vase torma is perfectly completed, recite etc., and promise vows. Offer thanksgiving mandala etc., as in the usual post-empowerment ritual. According to the ritual, offer praise to the self-generated deity and the deity in front, from cutting off obstacles to auspicious prayers, dedication and aspiration, all must be complete. Second, the inner empowerment: The scripture says: "Inner empowerment, father and mother body mandala, empower on the crown of the head." As it is said, the inner and secret empowerments, the guru himself obtains the ability through the path of skillful means, therefore, for a few worthy disciples, the empowerment should be performed relying on the secret of the dakini and bodhicitta. Although it does not depend on tangible objects and empowerment practices, now when explaining the scriptures, there are rarely cases where both internal and external conditions are complete, therefore, in order to prevent the empowerment lineage from being interrupted, it is customary to perform the empowerment in a symbolic way. Therefore, arrange the empowerment items, a vase filled with essence, as well as neck ornaments and mouth ornaments. Longevity pills and alcohol, whether or not to have them is fine. Other arrangements are the same as before. Recite the longevity ritual, change the torma to a vase. After the recitation and feast are completed, perform the bathing and exorcism of the empowerment. Offer a mandala of jewels, silk, and heart essence treasures. Cover the face with the three-syllable mantra, and offer flowers. Like the outer empowerment, perform the request and questions and answers. Whether or not to take refuge and generate bodhicitta is fine. Introducing into the inner mandala: The guru himself is visualized as the guru parents.
