Hūṃ Vajra Āyurjñāna Ce Bhrūṃ Ja (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཛ，梵文天城体：हुं वज्र आयुर्ज्ञान चे भ्रुं ज，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ vajra āyurjñāna ce bhrūṃ ja，汉语字面意思：吽 金刚 寿命 智慧 命 贝吽 匝)! Trāṃ (藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्रां，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：扎)! Homage to the Bhagavan, the protector Ratna Amitāyus! From the radiance of the non-dual father and mother, the stabilizing goddess, the yellow messenger, appears, holding the arrow banner and the vase of life, wandering through the realm of emptiness. I and the owner of the offering of wealth, from the realm of flesh and blood of the body, have lost life, and are lost among the guardians of the directions and the eight classes of beings. The emanation goddess, the power of miraculous transformation is not inferior. From the realm of earth, gather the essence of solidity, and bring the immortal vase, the support of life, here! Āḥ Karma Āyurjñāna Ce Bhrūṃ Ja (藏文：ཨཱཿཀརྨ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཛ，梵文天城体：आः कर्म आयुर्ज्ञान चे भ्रुं ज，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ karma āyurjñāna ce bhrūṃ ja，汉语字面意思：阿 业 寿命 智慧 命 贝吽 匝)! Thus, dissolve. During the actual empowerment, visualize in this way. Hold the life-essence stalk, and on the five places of the guru father and mother on the torma, visualize the five families of Amitāyus father and mother appearing clearly. From the vase in the hands of the Amitāyus Buddha on the crown of the head, white nectar descends, filling the body of the guru father and mother. From the union and the vase, white nectar descends. It descends into the vase in the hands of the Amitāyus Buddha on the crown of the head of the disciple guru father and mother. The vase is filled and overflows, filling the lotus petals on the crown of the disciple's head. From that, white nectar descends, filling the entire inside of the head with white, clear, bright, and radiant nectar. Purify the faults of delusion, and restore the life lost from the realm of consciousness and the realm of space. Obtain the self-born bliss wisdom of the ground of being, which is the complete liberation of samsara and nirvana like a mirror. Visualize the nature of the guru Vairochana Amitāyus manifesting. Oṃ! Supreme empowerment of the body, Buddha Amitāyus! One face, two arms, in the great bliss of union, from the secret lotus of white, clear, immortal nectar, bestow the vast empowerment of the life of the body.
