请作成为无量之本体之信解。为了彼之稳固，请作上师以金刚置于汝等之顶上而作稳固之信解。我乃智慧无量寿。（等）乃至，获得寿命之持明。由此灌顶之正行成就后。为了于边际获得受用及吉祥，于七政宝及八吉祥物之灌顶中，首先作手持轮宝而灌顶之信解。从天物所成等乃至，七政宝及八吉祥物皆如长寿灌顶九尊神一般。其后，念诵 ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་བནྟི་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）多次。此处为长寿食子之灌顶。注：上师赐予弟子们长寿丸与长寿酒。由此等之门径，灌顶之正行及边际皆善为成就后。于彼等之时获得及承诺之誓言与戒律，以如法守护之想，请作此之复诵至三次之间。如主尊如何等及，酬谢之曼扎。从今起等如其他所出一般作。由此等之门 径，由大上师莲花生亲自赐予惹钦华觉桑波之长寿成就深奥箭增长之灌顶善为听闻故，请作自他之广大义利。念诵以此福德等，遣送弟子们于自位。其后上师对前供作供赞及祈请所欲之义。以百字明补足剩余及不足。祈请宽恕过失。若是绘画则作坚住，若是彩粉坛城，则以 ཨོཾ། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་དོན་ཀུན་མཛད། （藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）等遣送彩粉坛城之智慧尊。誓言尊收摄于自身，守护三处。回向善根，以吉祥之鬘稳固结尾。如是上师莲花生。 赐予成就自在惹钦华觉桑波。 亲自赐予之长寿灌顶之方式。 由求义利诺布桑波劝请之故。 一切智者持明阿难陀之。 长寿灌顶无死任运保存后。 注释之明示少许亦寻
