Each session, each day, deceives death. This is the essence extraction of the sky, Samadhi obtains food, masters life, Pacifies diseases, purifies obscurations. All outer, inner, and secret omens of death, Will surely be deceived by this, Therefore, exert effort in this. Do it at dawn and in the evening. Life will become like the sun and moon. Afterwards, dedicate in this way: May there be no obstacles to my life! May I be liberated from the clutches of the Lord of Death! May life fully ripen and increase! May life increase! May the wish for life be fulfilled! May this body with fulfilled life, Be able to accomplish immeasurable benefit for beings! Ultimately, may I be liberated from the fear of the four maras and attain perfect enlightenment! The time to do this is before eating. In the evening, digest the old food, Do it at the time when new food has not been eaten.
