May future yogi practitioners, upon encountering this instruction, have limitless disciples to be guided by compassion. Seal, seal, seal. Homage to the Protector Amitayus. One who wishes to practice longevity, first take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Then, contemplate the letter raṃ (藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让) below one's navel. From that, the blazing fire burns away all diseases, demons, and sins and obscurations within the abdomen. Exhale the poison of the wind three times from the nostrils. Contemplate all phenomena as emptiness. From that emptiness, contemplate a seat of sun, moon, and lotus. Upon it, the mind itself transforms into hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Thus, the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha, named King of Glory of Life and Wisdom, is white in color, with one face and two arms, holding the mudra of meditative equipoise, adorned with various precious jewels, and contemplate him with a smiling face.
