In the upper and lower ten directions of the container world, retrieve the life that has fled, wandered, and aged! The eighty thousand hosts of obstacles, the life that has been stolen, plundered, and destroyed, please retrieve! By the karma of the conflicting elements of enemies, restore the life that has deteriorated, exhausted, and scattered! Restore the life and fortune that has been frightened by "Yay," fainted by "Had," and terrified by "Hud!" Grant me the accomplishment of retrieving life and protecting fortune! Outer and inner empowerments, transmissions, and instructions are complete, endowed with faith, diligence, wisdom, and compassion, by the yogi who is connected to karma, the place is not fixed, anywhere is fine, the posture is not fixed, do whatever is comfortable, take refuge, generate bodhicitta, and meditate on compassion. Like a fish leaping in clear water, like bubbles bursting from the water, in the appearance of momentary mindfulness, by uttering the word HRI (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih) in speech, oneself is Padma Tsewang Tsal, one face, two hands, body red in color, seated in lotus posture on a lotus seat, the two hands hold a skull cup of nectar, wearing a silk red cloak on the body, with a topknot and a crown on the head, meditate with a smiling face surrounded by dakinis. In the center of the four-petaled lotus in the heart, on top of the sun mandala, meditate on the red HRI (ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal meaning: Hrih) with sparks. One's own body is clear as the lama, the five manifest enlightenments and the three vajras, do not need to generate with four rituals, do not generate letters, the self-born body, in an instant, everything is clearly shown, birth and death are self-purified, without impurity, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, are naturally perfect from the beginning, without fabrication, wisdom hooks, integrates, empowers, etc., the distinctions of increasing, stabilizing, and offering, are originally without elaboration, without object, like a great garuda soaring in the sky, without support, Salé Hriggewa, with the play of the deity of the generation stage, stay clearly on the deity's body, without meditating, do not let it go astray, stay without distraction, without interruption.
