Refuge. The Bodhicitta of benefiting others as internal. The vow of secret mantra, thinking to receive and protect these three vows at once, please repeat after me. Vajra Master Buddha Glorious, I prostrate to the one who abides in the three times. Please accept the pure offerings of real wealth and mental transformation. I confess all the obstacles that hinder accomplishment. The Dharma of the ten directions and three wheels is pure, I rejoice in the practice of non-attachment. There is no impurity of the four purities, I generate the complete Bodhicitta. Become the field of relying on the Three Jewels, I take refuge in the meaning of non-duality. All the virtues accumulated in countless lifetimes, Gathered and dedicated to great enlightenment. Hold the precepts of learning the six perfections, Liberate those who have not been liberated, and free those who have not been freed. Place them in liberation and nirvana, Thus, take the vow and hold the precepts three times. Visualize that all the refuge objects dissolve into light and merge into you, blessing your mindstream. Then, for the sake of empowerment, pray to the guru and the main deity of the mandala as inseparable, please repeat after me. Kye! Compassionate Lord, supreme protector, Revealer of secret mantras, Vajra Holder, Protect me with great compassion, Please take me in and place me in the city of liberation. Three times. The master replies: Ho! I am the glorious Vajra Holder, Body, speech, mind, qualities, And the wheel of activity are well transformed, The root of secret mantra lies in empowerment, Can you uphold the vows properly? After asking this, thinking that one must abide in the acceptance and rejection of vows, please repeat after me. Kye! Visualize in your heart, on the moon disc of relative Bodhicitta, the ultimate Bodhicitta, a five-pronged vajra radiating light. 达萨玛雅 哲达呢 吽 (ཏ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཙིཏྟ་ནི་ཧཱུྃ，Tasamaya cittani hūṃ，Tasamaya cittani hum，彼誓言心即吽)！金刚置于顶，吽 (ཧཱུྃ，Hūṃ，Hum，吽)！三时善逝诸佛陀，本来自生圆满汝，誓言若毁彼所障，是故誓言善守护！班杂萨玛雅 吽 (བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ，Vajrasamaya hūṃ，Vajrasamaya hum，金刚誓言吽)！如是根本支分及特殊，誓言纵为命故亦不舍，如是受持作是念，诵此随念诵。嗡 萨玛雅 额当得 纳惹嘎呢 (ཨོཾ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨི་དནྟེ་ན་ར་ཀན，Oṃ samaya idante narakan，Om samaya idante narakan，嗡，誓言，此，与，地狱)！三遍。其后为成办灌顶之基，为降智慧，汝等善摄三门之要，如是明观誓言尊身！嗡 班杂 阿弥利达 (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀཏ，Oṃ vajra amṛta，Om vajra amrita，嗡，金刚，甘露)等，以水净。自他器情及所摄，不缘为空性。空性之中，从埃 (ཨེ་，E，E，埃)字生三角形，深蓝无边际，于其中央，毒海沸腾之中，龙百千，恶毒千，地神百万所抬莲花日月之上。汝等刹那顷，化为忿怒那伽罗刹，深蓝九头十八臂，下身毒蛇，缠绕毒山三匝，右九手持弯刀，左九手持辐轮，绕于头颅。根本面为罪业及残余罗刹之张口露齿相，红眼如电闪，黑蛇之发如劫末之暗般稠密，五骷髅为头饰，五种蛇族缠绕肢体，具六种金刚饰品及羽毛刀翎。秘密之母至尊龙女，缠绕毒蛇，一面一眼，持病囊与蛇索，拥于颈间。父母无二之身中，安住燃烧智慧之火焰，于其顶髻，种姓总集上师。于耳根，有黑鹏与文殊，于喉间，有马头明王，于心间，有秘密主，于脐间，有莲花忿怒，于密处，有金刚童子等。所有彼诸本尊之顶上，有白色嗡 (ཨོཾ，Oṃ，Om，嗡)，喉间，有红色啊 (ཨཱཿ，Āḥ，Ah，啊)，心间，有深蓝吽 (ཧཱུྃ，Hūṃ，Hum，吽)，放光，劝请上师与前生本尊之意。从彼放出无量光芒，遍布十方无尽刹土，所有诸佛本尊无余，充满虚空大地中，降临于汝等明观为本尊之身，如水入水般融入，作是猛烈之信解。

Tasamaya cittani Hum (ཏ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཙིཏྟ་ནི་ཧཱུྃ，Tasamaya cittani hūṃ，Tasamaya cittani hum，The samaya mind is Hum)! Place the vajra on your head, Hum (ཧཱུྃ，Hūṃ，Hum，Hum)! All Buddhas, Sugatas of the three times, are complete in you, who are self-arisen from the beginning. If the samaya is broken, it will obscure you. Therefore, protect the samaya so that it may endure! Vajrasamaya Hum (བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ，Vajrasamaya hūṃ，Vajrasamaya hum，Vajra Samaya Hum)! Thus, think that you will hold all the samayas of root, branch, and distinction, without abandoning them even for the sake of your life. Recite this after me. Om Samaya Idante Narakan (ཨོཾ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཨི་དནྟེ་ན་ར་ཀན，Oṃ samaya idante narakan，Om samaya idante narakan，Om, Samaya, This, With, Hell)! Three times. Then, in order to accomplish the basis of empowerment, to draw down wisdom, discipline the essential points of your three doors well, and clearly obtain the deity body of the samaya being! Om Vajra Amrita (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨ་མྲྀཏ，Oṃ vajra amṛta，Om vajra amrita，Om, Vajra, Amrita) etc., cleanse with water. Self and others, container and contents, and all that is included, become emptiness, without any object of focus. From within emptiness, from the letter E (ཨེ་，E，E，E) a dark blue triangle spreads without beginning or end. In the midst of a boiling ocean of poison, on a lotus and sun-moon seat raised by hundreds of thousands of nagas, fierce ones, and earth lords. In an instant, you transform into the wrathful Naga Raksha, dark blue with nine heads and eighteen arms, the lower body a poisonous snake coiled three times around a poisonous mountain. The nine right hands hold curved knives, and the nine left hands hold spoked wheels encircling the head. The root face is that of a sinner, and the remaining faces are those of rakshas with gaping mouths and bared fangs. The red eyes flash like lightning, and the black snake hair is as dense as the darkness of the eon's end. The five dry skulls are head ornaments, and the five types of snakes coil around the limbs, adorned with the six vajra ornaments and feathered wings of razor knives. The supreme secret mother, the Naga woman, coils with poisonous snakes, one face, one eye, holding a disease bag and a snake lasso, embracing from the neck. From the bodies of the inseparable father and mother, abide flames of wisdom blazing. On the crown of their heads is the guru who embodies all lineages. In the ear canal is the black garuda and Manjushri. In the throat is Hayagriva. In the heart is Guhyapati. In the navel is Padma Dragpo. In the secret place is Vajrakumara and so forth. On the crown of the head of all those deities is a white Om (ཨོཾ，Oṃ，Om，Om). In the throat is a red Ah (ཨཱཿ，Āḥ，Ah，Ah). In the heart is a dark blue Hum (ཧཱུྃ，Hūṃ，Hum，Hum). From these, rays of light emanate, urging the samaya of the guru and the visualized deity in front. From that, immeasurable rays of light spread to the limitless realms of the ten directions, and all the victorious ones and deities without exception come, filling the sky, earth, and intermediate space. They dissolve into you, who are clear as deities, like water into water. Generate intense, one-pointed devotion.
