礼敬于从处所生起之布施。调伏龙、土地神、傲慢者，向明王的身体顶礼。以此赞颂。之后，明晰念诵的对境，念诵“嗡 贝 蓝 吽”，此为寂静咒。或者念诵“黑忿怒尊 纳嘎 罗刹 贝 蓝 吽”，或者“嗡 黑忿怒尊 纳嘎 罗刹 轮 贝 蓝 吽 啪”，此为猛厉咒，尽己所能。此外，念诵具有上、下、拉三种诀窍的咒语。收座时，将外器内情诸佛坛城收摄于光明空性之界中，复如幻术般，如前升起为本尊。回向善根，发愿。于座间供朵玛：以阿弥利打（藏文：ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：甘露）清净，以梭巴瓦（藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་བ།，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：自性）净化。从阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：阿）中，于朵玛器颅器之中，从嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ།，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）中，朵玛为五肉五甘露，以吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）勾招智慧甘露，与誓言甘露相混合。哈 呵 舍（藏文：ཧ་ཧོ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह ह ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：ha ho hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：哈 呵 舍）！所欲充满虚空界。班杂 萨玛扎（藏文：བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：वज्रसमाजा，梵文罗马拟音：vajrasamājaḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚萨玛扎）！以此迎请朵玛宾客于前方。于心咒之后，伊当 巴林达 卡卡 卡嘿 卡嘿（藏文：ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི།，梵文天城体：इदं बलिन्त ख ख खाही खाही，梵文罗马拟音：idaṃ balinta kha kha khāhi khāhi，汉语字面意思：此供食，吃 吃 吃嘿 吃嘿），念诵三遍或七遍而供养。以阿甘至夏巴供养。赞颂为：吽！于超世与非超世之界限处，于大海洋之广阔清澈中央，从劫初之黑蛇盘绕之坛城中，明王龙魔九头者，魔之独魔，死主龙之魔，身依须弥山之面，尾盘绕于海洋之深处，头于虚空界中飘动，口中发出恶毒之音声，亦发出恐怖之伊嘎夏之声，摇动黑蛇之发髻，散发出誓言与罪恶之火花，眼以猛厉凶狠视之，獠牙锐利，充满红黑之毒液，凶恶之土地神龙，吞食瓦苏六族为食，以国王族之颈血为项链，以婆罗门族之手镯为饰，以平民之龙众缠绕于腰间，以下贱种姓之贱民压于足下，刹那间摧毁凶恶之土地神龙等，从文殊菩萨心中化现之，黑龙魔，我赞颂您！以此赞颂之末，明王与眷属，享用此供施朵玛，愿瑜伽士我等与眷属，无病

I prostrate to the generosity that arises from the place. Subduing the proud nagas, local deities, and earth lords, I pay homage to the body of the King of Vidyā. With this, praise. Then, clarify the object of recitation and recite, "Om Pe Lam Hum," which is the peaceful mantra. Or recite, "Nagpo Tipa Tsaya Naga Raksha Pe Lam Hum," or "Om Nagpo Tipa Tsaya Naga Raksha Chakra Pe Lam Hum Phet," which is the wrathful mantra, to the best of your ability. In addition, recite the mantra with the instructions for the three pulls of upper, lower, and drawing in. When concluding the session, gather the outer world and inner beings, the mandala of deities, into the expanse of clear light emptiness, and then, like an illusion, arise as the deity as before. Dedicate the merit and make aspirations. Offering the torma during the session break: Purify with Amrita (Tibetan: ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमृत, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: amṛta, literal meaning: nectar), purify with Svabhava (Tibetan: སྭ་བྷཱ་བ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: स्वभाव, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: svabhāva, literal meaning: self-nature). From Ah (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ā, literal meaning: Ah), into the torma vessel kapala, from Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ, literal meaning: Om), the torma is the five meats and five nectars, with Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) invoke the wisdom nectar and mix it with the samaya nectar. Ha Ho Hrih (Tibetan: ཧ་ཧོ་ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह ह ह्रीः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: ha ho hrīḥ, literal meaning: Ha Ho Hrih)! May the desired qualities fill the realm of space. Vajra Samaja (Tibetan: བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रसमाजा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vajrasamājaḥ, literal meaning: Vajra Samaja)! With this, invite the torma guests to the front. At the end of the heart mantra, Idam Balinta Kha Kha Khahi Khahi (Tibetan: ཨི་དཾ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི་ཁཱ་ཧི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: इदं बलिन्त ख ख खाही खाही, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: idaṃ balinta kha kha khāhi khāhi, literal meaning: This offering, eat eat eat hey eat hey), offer by reciting three or seven times. Offer with Argham to Shabda. The praise is: Hum! At the boundary between the transcendent and non-transcendent worlds, in the vast and clear center of the great ocean, from the mandala of the coiled black serpent of the kalpa, King of Vidyā, nine-headed Naga Demon, the sole demon of demons, the lord of death, the demon of nagas, the body relies on the face of Mount Meru, the tail coils in the depths of the ocean, the head floats in the realm of space, from the mouth comes the sound of poison, also emitting the terrifying sound of Igaksha, shaking the black serpent's hair, scattering sparks of vows and sins, the eyes gaze fiercely and violently, the fangs are sharp, filled with red and black venom, the fierce local deities and nagas, devour the six Vasu clans as food, wear the neck blood of the royal clan as a necklace, wear the bracelets of the Brahmin clan, wrap the commoner naga assembly around the waist, suppress the outcastes of the lower castes under the feet, instantly destroy the fierce local deities and nagas, emanated from the heart of Manjushri, Black Naga Demon, I praise you! At the end of this praise, King of Vidyā and retinue, accept this offering torma, may the yogi and our retinue be free from disease
