Bhyo! Glory of the assembled power of the Sugatas, Heruka, subduer of samsara and nirvana, With father, mother, emanations, and retinue, Arise as wisdom bodies from the expanse! Accept the flesh and blood torma of enemies and obstructors! The time has come for manifest action and curses! For us yogis and our retinues, Pacify the four hundred and four types of diseases Arising from the causes and results of the three poisons! Pacify the eighty thousand obstructors and demons Arising from ignorance and conceptual thought! Pacify the eighty-one bad omens Arising from fabricated delusion! Pacify the eighteen untimely deaths Arising from the shifting changes of other-power! Pacify the disturbances of the outer four elements Arising from clinging to outer objects as true! Pacify the inner obstacles of yoga Arising from the channels, winds, and bindus! Pacify the secret stains of grasping and fixation Arising from the ego and the haunting spirits! Pacify the poverty and destitution of the environment and beings Arising from attachment and craving! Pacify the harm of curses, phurs, and weapons of war Arising from hatred and malice! Pacify the harm of oath-breakers and barbarian attacks Arising from ignorance and delusion! Pacify the displays of the eight classes of prideful beings Arising from pride and arrogance! Pacify the eight and sixteen great fears Arising from jealousy and cruelty! Pacify! May the hosts of discordant thoughts Be pacified into the space of the ground, primordial purity! Transform! May all bad omens and mental events Be transformed into the great spontaneously present ground appearance! May all be the expanse of innate luminosity! Accomplish the activity of purifying delusion! Sarva Samaya Bhyo Bhyo Zlok Zlok! Repeat this as many times as you wish, such as seven or nine times. At the end of the deity mantra, add "Sarva Samaya," etc. If you wish to elaborate a little, recite: Om Yamantaka Hum Phet! Eka Duna Zlok! Maha Duna Zlok! Sarva Duna Zlok! Tsatur Nyinla Zlok!
