Besides lifespan, nothing else should be accumulated. And at the beginning of all sessions, it is important to clearly remind everyone, as it has great significance in preventing interruptions. After that, practice the difficult-to-find leisure and endowment, impermanence of death, karma and its results, refuge, bodhicitta, and the seven-branch prayer, not just as mere words, but integrating them into one's mindstream through peaceful practice. Then, with the Svabhava mantra, make it emptiness, its inherent radiance being great compassion. Meditate on the union of these two. From that, from the seed syllable DHIH of the causal Manjushri, like molten gold, meditate on the wheel of commitment as described in the texts. From the three places there, marked with OM AH HUM. Visualize rays of light emanating from HUM, inviting the wisdom being who is similar to what you are meditating on. OM. Come here, come here, gentle voice of Manjushri! Blessed One, great embodiment of compassion! All your retinue and attendants, please come for the benefit of beings! Invite by reciting OM MANJUSHRI EH YE HI. Become inseparable with JAH HUM BAM HOH. Again, starting from the HUM at the heart, up to ABHISHINCHA MI, empower by reciting as in the ritual. Adorn the head with Vajrasattva. After offering outer and inner offerings, on a lotus and moon cushion in your heart, visualize a wisdom being identical to yourself, with complete form. At its heart, visualize the samadhi being, the syllable DHIH, reddish-yellow, like a finely drawn image. Around it, the seven syllables OM ARA PA TSA NA DHIH, small and clear, revolve to the right with their own sound. Rays of light like sunlight radiate to all realms of the ten directions, offering delight and worship to all Buddhas and their sons. Gather all the blessings of wisdom, love, and power, and dissolve them into the mantra garland. Purify the karmic obscurations of all sentient beings in the six realms. Establish them in the state of Buddhahood. Visualize all the realms touched by that light as a play of deities, mantras, and wisdom, and then begin the recitation. First, purify the rosary. From emptiness, transform into the form of youthful Manjushri born from the syllable DHIH. It dissolves into light, and visualize it as the rosary. Recite: OM RUTSIRA MANI PRAVARDHAYE HUM PHAT. After reciting, blow on it and recite the vowels and consonants three times. When reciting, recite with the pride of being the main deity and with unwavering clarity, focusing single-pointedly. And to that

Through effort and gradual habituation, one can effortlessly recite in a state of unwavering or extremely stable samadhi. Initially, if one recites casually without focusing on the essential points, the recitation will proceed like ripples on water, amidst endless thoughts, without realizing how long one has been reciting, ultimately leading to futile exhaustion. Therefore, with a focused mind, without interruption from other words, one should flawlessly recite "Om Ara Pa Ca Na Dhih" (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་ར་པ་ཙ་ན་དྷཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ओṃ अर प च न धीः,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ a ra pa ca na dhīḥ,汉语字面意思:嗡,阿,Ra,巴,匝,纳,德). Upon reaching the session break, recite seven times the words alternating vowels and consonants, then praise with the Wisdom Mother of Dharmadhatu, and dissolve into luminosity as in the Sadhana, thereby dedicating the merit. At this time, one can engage in other virtuous activities or enjoy food, etc. Afterwards, in the evening session, begin with refuge and bodhicitta and the seven-branch offering, and continue the main practice of recitation, visualization, and praise as before, except for the actual blessing of the mala. In the first evening session, perform the tsok offering and the common and individual torma offerings to the Dharma protectors extensively, and dissolve into luminosity. Afterwards, the deity that arises, whose essence is the unceasing manifestation of one's own mind, appearing like a play of illusion, but in reality, one should rest in equanimity in the state of self-aware, unchanging, great bliss, primordial purity, transcending all birth, cessation, abiding, separation, acceptance, rejection, and all hopes and fears of signs, and fall asleep in a state of awareness and mindfulness. Then, when the dawn session arrives, from the state of emptiness of dharmata, the illusory deity form quickly arises, and the common practice of purifying the lineage and accumulating merit is integrated with the mind. With pride, protection wheel, descending blessings, and blessing of offerings as preliminaries, the meditation and recitation continue until the session break, just like the previous evening session. During this session break, perform water offerings and the uninterrupted virtuous activities of the morning, and enjoy food, etc. The second morning session, up to the dissolution into luminosity, is just like the previous evening session. The third evening session and the fourth evening session are as described before, without any special changes. Thus, through the sequence of the four sessions, on the day of completing seven million heart mantras, after both the later session and the early session, recite the Vajrasattva mantra as much as possible. Especially after the early session, perform the tsok offering and the torma offerings to the Dharma protectors extensively.
