Pa Tsitta Oṃ! Goddess, grant the complete fulfillment of my immeasurable life, merit, and accomplishments! Oṃ! Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ! With this, draw in life force and gradually dissolve the life-sustaining substances. From time to time, during the intervals between sessions, such as in the evening, offer medicinal substances, rakta, torma, and other offerings according to whichever appropriate ritual is available. Then, also recite this praise to the deities of life: Hūṃ! From the mandala of vast, blazing expanse of wisdom, The emanation of the body, an unparalleled, radiant splendor, The lord of life for beings, the form of Red Manjushri, The peaceful and wrathful hero, victor over demons, I praise you! With a reddish-shining body, one face and two arms, Holding an iron hook and a vase of life, seated in vajra posture, Adorned with various silks, jewels, and bone ornaments, I prostrate and praise the blazing form of the Lord of Life! The four life goddesses residing in the four directions, Buddha Locana, Mamaki, and, White-clad Tara and Samaya Tara, these four, Granting accomplishment in life empowerment, I prostrate and praise you! The four great mothers of emanation residing in the four intermediate directions, The increasing mother, the stabilizing mother, the expanding mother, the leafy mother, The dakini who accomplishes the vajra life empowerment, I prostrate and praise you, the radiant mother of wisdom! Furthermore, the life deity who possesses the eye of wisdom, From the realm of compassion, pours down showers of amrita life, Performing the activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and so forth, I prostrate and praise the victorious ones and their retinues! I beseech you to increase the life, power, enjoyment, and wealth of myself, the patrons, and all those connected to us! May all desired aims be swiftly accomplished, And may you grant the fruition of my actions! This is the praise. In addition, recite any praise to the wisdom deity that is appropriate and in accordance with other rituals. In this way, from time to time, clearly visualize the deity's generation stage and strive in recitation practice. Occasionally, perform the visualization of drawing in and dissolving amrita. During the intervals between sessions, also draw in life force and recite the praises to the wisdom deity. By accomplishing this properly, signs of accomplishment that indicate success and increased life will arise: The best is to directly see the faces of the yidam life deities, to experience light and pleasant fragrances, to hear the sounds of musical instruments, and so forth. The intermediate is to feel joy, warmth, blessings, clarity of mind, and clear senses, and so forth. The lowest is to see the sun and moon rising, and to obtain food of accomplishment.

For all kinds of dreams that arise, they should be analyzed with wisdom. After such signs appear in sequence, to invoke the longevity deities, a good feast offering should be arranged. Accompanied by music, the yogi, adorned with vestments, stands and recites: Hūṃ! Deities manifested from the state of self-nature, I invoke the Bhagavan, the Lord of Life, to accomplish the activity of Vajra Longevity. Great Mothers manifested from all directions, I invoke you from your respective abodes, according to your vows, to accomplish the activity of Vajra Longevity. From the hands of the Gandharvas of the East, take the longevity vase, I invoke you to increase the prosperity of longevity. From the hands of Yama of the South... Longevity... From the hands of the Water God of the West... Longevity... From the Yaksha of the North... Longevity and prosperity... From the hands of the Hermit of the Southeast... Longevity... From the hands of the Rakshasa of the Southwest... Longevity... From the hands of the Wind God of the Northwest... Longevity and prosperity... From the hands of the Powerful One of the Northeast... Longevity... From the hands of Brahma of the Upper Direction... Longevity... From the Earth Lord of the Lower Direction... Longevity... From the Demons and Yama... Longevity... From the Gods and Hermits... Longevity and prosperity... Thus, invoke the longevity deities. Other various invocations should also be performed as appropriate. Next, to bestow the longevity empowerment: Have the patrons or disciples, etc., all bathe. Offer whatever is available to the Vajra Master. After prostrating, have them sit in front. First, the empowerment of the longevity torma: The wisdom deity generated within the longevity torma returns to its own abode. Visualize the samaya deity dissolving into light and transforming into nectar. Place it on the heads of the patrons, etc., and recite: Hūṃ! Auspicious, increasing life, glorious food, adorned with various precious foods. With this supreme accomplishment of increasing life, having empowered you, may your life, glory, and prosperity increase greatly! After the root mantra, recite: Āyurbala abhiṣiñcatu mām (藏文，梵文天城体：आयुर्बल अभिषिञ्चतु माम्，梵文罗马拟音：āyurbala abhiṣiñcatu mām，汉语字面意思：May the strength of life empower me.), and give the longevity torma. Give the longevity support, the vajra, into the hand, and recite: Hūṃ! This unchanging longevity support, the vajra, is held in the hands of the Buddhas. Today, having empowered you with it, may you possess the longevity of the vajra! After the mantra, recite: Vajra āyuṣe abhiṣiñca mām (藏文，梵文天城体：वज्र आयुषे अभिषिञ्च माम्，梵文罗马拟音：vajra āyuṣe abhiṣiñca mām，汉语字面意思：Vajra longevity, please empower me.), and shake the vajra three times.
