For those who generate beauty, loveliness, and youthfulness, on their foreheads, white Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ); on their throats, red Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Āḥ); on their hearts, blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ); from the yellow Dhīḥ (藏文:དྷཱིཿ,梵文天城体:धीः,梵文罗马拟音:dhīḥ,汉语字面意思:Dhīḥ) at the heart of the main deity, light radiates, inviting the wisdom being and offering to them. Recite: Vajra Samāja (藏文:བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛ,meaning to be determined); Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ (藏文:ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ,meaning to be determined), thereby inseparably blending the wisdom being and the samaya being, and performing the actions of summoning and dissolving. Again, light radiates, inviting the assembly of the five families of deities, offering to them, and making supplications. All the deities of the five families recite: Namaḥ Sarva Tathāgata Abhiṣekata Abhiṣiñcatu Mām (藏文:ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཏུ་མཱཾ,梵文天城体:नमः सर्व तथागत अभिषेकत अभिषिञ्चतु माम्,梵文罗马拟音:namaḥ sarva tathāgata abhiṣekata abhiṣiñcatu mām,汉语字面意思:Homage! All Tathāgatas, the one who anoints, please anoint me!), bestowing empowerment with a vase of nectar, the remaining water overflowing upwards, the main deity crowned with Akṣobhya; imagine that the others are also empowered and crowned by their respective families. Again, from the Dhīḥ (藏文:དྷཱིཿ,梵文天城体:धीः,梵文罗马拟音:dhīḥ,汉语字面意思:Dhīḥ) at the heart of the main deity, which dissolves into light, From Vaṃ (藏文:བཾ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:Vaṃ) arises an ocean of white nectar, in the center of which, from Paṃ (藏文:པཾ་,梵文天城体:पं,梵文罗马拟音:paṃ,汉语字面意思:Paṃ) arises a lotus stalk with blossoming petals, and upon the lotus seat, from the white A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) and Tale (meaning to be determined) arises a youthful lotus-born one, radiant with a luster like the autumn moon, with one face and two arms, the right hand in the gesture of supreme generosity, the left holding the stem of an Utpala flower at the heart, and upon the open lotus next to the ear, holding a hundred-thousand-volume book, seated in the vajra posture, adorned with silk and various precious jewels, youthful, and with a single fluttering white silk pennant, clearly visible. At the heart is a white six-spoked wheel, in the center of which is the letter A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), and on the six spokes, in order from the front, are the six syllables: Oṃ Vākye Daṃ Na Ma (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཱ་ཀྱེ་དཾ་ན་མ,meaning to be determined), each syllable clear, and imagine them rotating to the right without touching the wheel. Thus, around the clearly visualized youthful lotus-born one, counterclockwise, recite: A A Sarva Tathāgata Hṛdaya Hara Hara Oṃ Hūṃ Hrīḥ (藏文:ཨ་ཨ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཧྲྀ་ད་ཡ་ཧ་ར་ཧ་ར༔ ཨོཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི,meaning to be determined); Bhagavān Jñāna Mūrti Vāgīśvara Mahā Vāca (藏文:བྷ་ག་ཝཱན་ཛྙཱ་ན་མཱུརྟི་ཝཱ་གཱི་ཤྭ་ར་མ་ཧཱ་བ་ཙ,meaning to be determined); Sarva Dharmā Gagana Amala Supariśuddha Dharmadhātu Jñāna Garbha A (藏文:སརྦ་དྷརྨཱ་ག་ག་ན་ཨ་མ་ལ་སུ་པ་རི་ཤུདྡྷ་དྷརྨཱ་དྷཱ་ཏུ་ཛྙཱ་ན་གརྦྷ་ཨ,meaning to be determined), focusing the mind and reciting like a flowing river. As the syllables of the mantra whirl around, the rays of light shine inward like the threads of the sun, striking the syllables at the heart of the youthful lotus-born one, causing the wheel to turn to the right and the six syllables to turn to the left, emitting starlight-like rays.

Like a rosary spreading out, it dispels all the darkness of ignorance in the minds of all sentient beings, the light of wisdom expands without bias, and one possesses the six supernormal knowledges. The rays of light radiate outwards, touching all containers and contents, and one contemplates that they are transformed into the letters of the mantra. Having completed one hundred thousand recitations of each of the fifty-seven mantra syllables, and two hundred thousand recitations of each of the six syllables, and a total of nine hundred thousand recitations, the number of recitations is completed, and the three signs appear: the outer sign is that the appearances of the six aggregates become blurred, like a dream or an illusion, and the appearances of the world are self-liberated; the inner sign is that the five poisons are transformed into the path, and the clear light of the five wisdoms arises effortlessly; the secret sign is that the darkness of mental dimness clears, the light of wisdom expands without bias, and the six supernormal knowledges arise spontaneously. Temporarily, one will also gain immeasurable qualities such as the ability to debate and the attainment of unfailing dharani, which will arise in one's being. At times, one should also recite one hundred times each of "Om Vajra Dhupe Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དྷཱུ་པེ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra dhūpe hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 班匝 香 吽)", "Om Vajra Puspe Tram (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་ཏྲཱཾ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra puṣpe trāṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 班匝 花 扎)", "Om Vajra Aloke Hri (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཧྲཱི།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra āloke hrī,汉语字面意思:嗡 班匝 光 舍)", "Om Vajra Gandhe Ah (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གནྡྷེ་ཨཱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra gandhe ā,汉语字面意思:嗡 班匝 香 阿)". Samaya. In three sessions, in containers of precious substances and the like, arrange tormas of pure food and drink, bless them with the three syllables Om Ah Hum (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 阿 吽) as the nectar of wisdom, and dedicate and offer them with the root mantra and the seven syllables Kha Hi Sham Chan, etc. That is, offer to the visualized deity in front, who is like oneself, surrounded by the assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions, and make whatever prayers one desires. Conduct all activities with divine pride. When sleeping or ending a session, dissolve the outer container world into the inner sentient deity, then dissolve all of these into the four goddesses, then dissolve the four goddesses into Manjushri Wisdom Hero, then dissolve Manjushri Wisdom Hero into the Youthful Lotus, then dissolve the Youthful Lotus together with the mantra syllables into the syllable on the six-petaled lotus, then dissolve that into the syllable A, and contemplate that the A syllable becomes smaller and smaller, and finally disappears into emptiness, and sleep in a state of non-objectification. Thus, practice and recite until the number and signs of recitation are not completed, and even after completion, continue to recite one hundred times each day, and one will possess the above-mentioned qualities.
