བསྡོས༔ 瑜伽士我为特别之敌，于敌魔之上掷朵玛与朵，瑜伽士我之朵口，不掷于上方之天神，不掷于下方之龙族，不掷于中间之赞神，享用此殊胜之黄金饮，高者请蜷足，低者请垂首，于面者请退身，各自返回各自之处，勿作恶毒之行，汝等不受损害与伤害，作我之有力助伴，བྷྱོ༔ 今掷朵于何处？ 此朵掷于憎恨之敌，此朵掷于损害之魔，此朵掷于食人之鬼，此朵掷于衰败之祟，此朵掷于敌魔之上，请成办所托之事业，如是劝请。二者，掷朵时，以真实力等勾招，勾摄敌魔，以所缘之目标等，从石朵开始依次投掷，ཧཱུྃ༔ 我乃大吉祥黑汝嘎，圆满轮涅一切之威力，身语意乃金刚之体性，与诸佛等同结合，以猛烈之舞动摇三界，以怖畏之笑声倾覆须弥山，以慈悲之忿怒诛杀敌魔，化身之使者如冰雹般降临，朵玛之物与兵器降下大雨，令憎恨之敌与损害之魔化为灰烬，寂静文殊身之天众，大威力汇集之石朵，于敌魔脑之中央，ཡཱ༔ 令色身化为灰尘之微粒，莲花语之天众，猛咒汇集之铁朵，于敌魔耳之中央，ཡཱ༔ 于听闻之门以手印封闭，真实意之天众，能力汇集之毒朵，于敌魔心之中央，ཡཱ༔ 令恶念融入光明之明点，大胜功德天众，光辉炽燃之朵玛朵，于敌魔脐之中央，ཡཱ༔ 令威力能力化为灰烬，金刚橛事业天众，穿透刺击之金刚橛朵，于敌魔密处之中央，ཡཱ༔ 令七代血脉亦彻底断绝，母曜诅咒抛掷天众，瘟疫汇集之血朵，于敌魔地域之上，ཡཱ༔ 降下疾病瘟疫之恶毒大雨，持明汇集之天众，没落威力之须弥山。ོང་的朵玛，于怨敌邪魔所依之城呀，如粉末尘埃般摧毁！世间供赞诸天众的，巨大损害之箭的朵玛，于怨敌邪魔眼与舌呀，视与语之命脉断绝！诅咒猛咒诸天众的，威力降伏巨大兵器的朵玛，于怨敌邪魔五蕴聚呀，斩截成段抛洒成粉！猛烈朵玛之金刚霹雳，于怨敌损害者之上降下，张口呼号无迹而灭，敌军七代连根斩断，魔军化为灰尘消散，现行事业究竟圆满。如是及以威猛之姿态持诵猛咒而抛掷。此亦若作有边，吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！我乃大吉祥等起，嗔敌害魔化为尘，中间十句，与猛烈朵玛之等以下六句，一句一句连缀，朵玛九次分开抛掷。第三，遮遣之事业者，忿怒嬉戏从他处生起，贝（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！其他亦遮遣且转变者，等有边广大之时亦可连缀，然未于平时开示故不需。无论如何，大朵玛之誓言天众融入自身，光辉能力极度炽燃。朵玛忿怒本尊之军队与朵玛物、疾病、兵器、疯狂、毒药之大雨，如闪电般降于怨敌邪魔之上，其处所、身躯、受用及一切，观想为无余摧毁。吽吽（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！未动摇于寂静大界中，调伏魔众智慧饮血嬉戏之本尊，双运九界之坛城浩瀚及，具威权之护法神力嘎汝达，主眷化身仆役与使者众，今日请起猛烈朵玛之事业，生起难忍炽燃之大光辉，以朵玛物、疾病、兵器、毒药之大雨，于瑜伽我等眷属及，于菩提之修持作障碍之，疾病、邪魔、违缘、衰损、怖畏一切，摧毁佛法之共同之敌及，于瑜伽士直接作对之个别之敌，暂时究竟损害与加害之魔，四魔之军队内外恼害之缘，于四魔之军队及眷属之上遮遣，怨恨之敌、恶咒连根斩断。

བསྡོས༔ I, the yogi, have made a special enemy; upon the enemy demons, I throw the torma and zor. This zor of mine, I do not throw at the gods above, nor at the nagas below, nor at the tsen in between. I offer this excellent golden drink. Let those above shrink their feet, let those below lower their heads, let those in front step aside, each return to their own place, do not act with malice. You will not be harmed or injured. Be my powerful allies. བྷྱོ༔ Now, where do I throw the zor? This zor I throw at the hateful enemy, this zor I throw at the harmful demons, this zor I throw at the flesh-eating ghosts, this zor I throw at the ruinous spirits, this zor I throw upon the enemy demons. Please accomplish the entrusted tasks. Thus, I urge. Secondly, when throwing the zor, with the power of truth, etc., summon and gather the enemy demons. With the object of focus, etc., starting from the stone zor, throw them in order. ཧཱུྃ༔ I am the great glorious Heruka, perfect in the power and strength of all samsara and nirvana. My body, speech, and mind are of the nature of vajra, united equally with all the Buddhas. With fierce dances, I shake the three realms. With terrifying laughter, I topple Mount Meru. With compassionate wrath, I slay the enemy demons. Emanated messengers descend like hail. Torma substances and weapons rain down. I reduce hateful enemies and harmful demons to ashes. The assembly of deities of peaceful Manjushri's body, the stone zor of great power combined, in the center of the enemy demons' brains, ཡཱ༔ may it reduce the physical form to particles of ash. The assembly of deities of Padma's speech, the iron zor of fierce mantras combined, in the center of the enemy demons' ears, ཡཱ༔ may it seal the gate of hearing with a mudra. The assembly of deities of true mind, the poison zor of abilities combined, in the center of the enemy demons' hearts, ཡཱ༔ may it dissolve evil thoughts into the clear light bindu. The assembly of deities of great supreme qualities, the torma zor blazing with splendor, in the center of the enemy demons' navels, ཡཱ༔ may it reduce power and ability to ashes. The assembly of deities of Vajrakilaya's activity, the phurba zor that pierces and penetrates, in the center of the enemy demons' secret places, ཡཱ༔ may it completely sever even the lineage of seven generations. The assembly of deities of Mamo's curses and spells, the blood zor of epidemics combined, upon the enemy demons' land, ཡཱ༔ may it send down a great rain of disease and pestilence. The assembly of deities of the gathering of vidyadharas, the Mount Meru of declining power.

The Zorma of Ong! Upon the city of support of enemies and obstructors, may it shatter like particles of dust! The great harmful arrow Zorma of the worldly worshipped and praised deities! Upon the eyes and tongues of enemies and obstructors, may it cut off the stream of seeing and speaking! The Zorma of the great powerful weapon of the cursing, wrathful mantra deities! Upon all five aggregates of enemies and obstructors, may it chop into pieces and scatter as powder! The vajra thunderbolt of the fierce Zorma! May it strike upon the enemies and harm-doers! May they open their mouths and perish without a trace! May the enemy forces be cut off from the root for seven generations! May the obstructing forces be scattered into dust! May the manifest activities be accomplished to the end! Thus, with a fierce posture, he throws while reciting the fierce mantra.
