Offer a mandala as a melting offering. To that, first, generate this aspiration for the nectar medicine empowerment. Visualize that the mandala of the unsurpassed meaning, complete and combined, which gathers all the essence and purity of samsara and nirvana, is placed on your crown and blessed, so that you receive the nectar medicine empowerment with four liberations, and the accomplishment of the three doors all at once. Place the nectar palace in the three places. Hūṃ! In the mandala of the unsurpassed meaning, complete and combined, the essence that gathers all of appearance and existence, samsara and nirvana, the empowerment of medicine made from eight roots and a thousand branches, may fortunate ones obtain it with body, speech, and mind! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Sarva Pañca Amṛta Kāya Vāk Citta Abhiṣiñca Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ! Release the seal. Oṃ Viśuddhe Karma Praveśaya Phaṭ! Open the mouth. Oṃ Sarva Pañca Mahā Sukha Ho! Offer the essence to the mandala with just the mantra. Taste it yourself. Give it to the disciples and then replace the palace. The benefit of this is, as it says in the text: Seeing the color purifies the body obscurations; life, merit, and youth increase; smelling the fragrance purifies the speech obscurations; power blazes and is brought under control; tasting the flavor purifies the mind obscurations; great bliss wisdom arises effortlessly; one is equal to the great glorious Heruka; all supreme and common activities are accomplished. So it is said. Then, in order to bestow the auspicious life empowerment, repeat after this supplication: Heruka, glorious lord of life, from the mandala of the three secrets, grant me, a fortunate one, the immutable, indestructible vajra life! Having made this supplication, visualize that from the three places of the deities who appear in the great mandala of the complete and perfect Great Glorious Gathering of the Vidyadharas, rays of life, in the form of the three syllables, dissolve into you, so that you obtain all the accomplishments of the great glorious vajra life. Place the life-essence in the three places in order. Oṃ! The essence of body, the Sugata life, gathers into the white and radiant Oṃ, dissolving into the crown, purifying the body obscurations, may you obtain the immutable vajra life! Kāya Āyur Siddhi Oṃ! Āḥ! The essence of speech, the lotus life, gathers into the red and clear Āḥ, dissolving into the throat, purifying the speech obscurations, may you obtain the unimpeded vajra life!

Having merged into the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: 吽). Having merged into the heart, may the obscurations of the mind be cleared. May the life of the unborn Vajra be attained. Citta Āyur Siddhi Hūṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, literal Chinese meaning). Recite the life-essence mantra, and also give life-pills and life-wine. It is said that in this way, all obstacles and hindrances to life will be pacified, and the Vajra life of Heruka will be attained. Therefore, please generate definitive understanding in the unerring Vajra words. After that, perform the common connection, scatter flowers, and extensively utter auspicious words. It is said that one should enjoy the outer, inner, and secret gatherings, and perform celebratory songs and dances, etc., so do whatever is possible according to the occasion. Third, the subsequent activities. The subsequent order of empowerment and instructions is: Thus, through these, the main part of the glorious 'Collected Teachings, Heart Essence,' the four empowerments of meaning along with instructions, is well accomplished, and then the subsequent activities as well. In the text it says: 'Having received this empowerment, if one does not cultivate the path, one violates the samaya, so one should take vows to practice.' Also, 'If one generates the perception of an ordinary person towards the lama who bestows this empowerment, then the accomplishment will be delayed by years and months, so one must view him as the Great Glorious Heruka.' Thus it is said. And, in all instances of practicing the instructional sequence, arrange it according to the 'Heart Instructions,' etc. Recite up to that point. Regarding this, thinking that one should protect all the general and specific samayas as spoken, follow this recitation. Like 'How the main one,' etc. Offer the maṇḍala of gratitude, offer body and possessions, dedicate merit, etc., perform as in the common ritual, and then dismiss the disciples to their own places. After the ritual, the teacher should enjoy the gathering and give the remaining offerings. After the dismissal, perform the abbreviated offering of the protector torma and entrust the activities. After the stable mothers' horse dance, offer gratitude, offerings, and praise to the maṇḍala. Confess transgressions. According to the support, perform the appropriate welcoming and dissolving. Having accomplished the generation and dissolution of the deity as in the activities, extensively perform the separately stated dedication and auspicious words, and bring it to a complete end. Although widely known, even a single verse, for those Dharma aspirants who are impoverished by the lack of opportunity to hear, from today, enter this wondrous secret path of the chariot, and share the fortune with the Great Glorious One. I too, through the blessings connected to this secret, possess the good fortune to ripen through the great empowerment. May I be in the ranks of the Collected Teachings, Vidyādharas.
