The mind of the oath-bound exemplar, life-force, and the pure three. May the heart commitment of the local deities and earth lords be fulfilled. Thus, fulfilling the meaning of each name separately. In this secret and supreme charnel ground mandala, having arranged the secret mandala according to the scriptures, and having properly arranged the powerful substances of accomplishment, I earnestly fulfill the heart commitment of the victorious peaceful and wrathful ones.
