When cough-induced respiratory illnesses and the raging Durushka fever are rampant, When the Black Death spreads, or plagues are transmitted; or when the eight classes of gods and demons cause epidemics, gastrointestinal diseases, strokes, and other calamities from the heavens; or when national demons and evil spirits flourish, causing madness, epilepsy, and many other diseases, and people die as if cut by knives, and other protections and repulsions are ineffective, this is a simple and effective deity mantra. This mantra is profound and efficacious, possessing blessings and power, and is the ultimate method of protection, repulsion, and destruction. It was given to Yeshe Tsogyal, the wisdom dakini, at Nering Sengge Dzong. She hid the root of this teaching in Nepal, which was later extracted by the Indian tertön, Vajramati. This extraordinary and complete set of teachings was recorded on blue jade paper in the secret script of the dakinis. It was kept in the doorless secret Dharma treasury of Lama Gyalwa Kundu and later buried in one of the eight great practice sites of Do Kham, in front of the immutable turquoise lake of Gyamgyal Dotik Gangkar, the subduer of peace. This teaching was entrusted to the inner guardians, such as Chigshur Maning Nagpo and Magza Damsum. It was also entrusted to the care of Genyen Dorje Gyaltsen, Tso Men Norbu Wöden, and the Naga demon Khala Raksha, who were instructed to propagate it. When signs of the end times appear, such as thirty kinds of cough fever and the Parbata disease causing humans and livestock to be driven away with brooms, the great accomplished one Dorje Hungdzé blessed it, and it was considered one of the three incarnations of body, speech, and mind of Khonton, the Naga King, namely the great vidyadhara of wisdom and illusion, widely known as Rolpai Dorje. The great tertöns Samten Lingpa and Orgyen Chögyal Lingpa jointly prophesied him as the regent. In particular, in the secret prophecy of Chögyal Lingpa's Three Roots combined practice, it is said: "In the place called Zur in Do Kham, the fierce mantra teaching Lali Ta Vajra (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思) will descend." "In the region of Bar Kham, deliverance from sudden suffering and fear." As it was said, proven by reliable evidence, on the tenth day of the fifth month of the Water Horse year (1882), in the midst of a gathering of over three hundred high and low monks and laypeople, marked by rainbow lights, showers of flowers, beautiful music, and the silk road of the dakinis, he personally went to the great turquoise lake of Gyamgyal with amazing miraculous powers.
