Om Bhumi Pati Vajra Dhvaja Samaya Hana Hana Raksha Raksha! Kye! Ocean Goddess, Jewel of Light, Naga demons, Khala Raksha, etc., according to the command of Padmasambhava, accept the three-cornered torma with a human head, dispel the obstacles of this disciple, swiftly cut off the life force of the enemies of the teachings, protect the Buddha's teachings, may the entrusted tasks be accomplished! Om Putri Mama! Maha Tejo Pesana Kero Bhrum! Naga Raja Kala Raksha Samaya Hana Raksha Raksha! Thus, the torma is placed in the hand and returned to its original place. Auspicious words are spoken and flowers are scattered. Thus, from the Ocean Treasure cycle invoked by Vidyadhara Rolpai Dorje, the empowerment of the Great Wrathful, the Vajra Garland of Extremely Secret Teachings, and the entrustment of the protectors, have been well and completely accomplished. The necessity of obtaining it and the faults of not obtaining it are also stated in the text: If one obtains this empowerment once, obstacles and hindrances will not be able to harm one, abandon doubt, if one practices, one will quickly achieve, no matter how one strives in activities, everything will be auspicious and activities will be accomplished. If one starts activities without obtaining this, it will quickly attack one's life, therefore one should strive for this. Thus it is advised. The boundaries of protection for the empowerment, life force, and vows are also stated in this: The Great Wrathful One is regarded as the Yidam deity, at times recite the essence without attachment, abandon two-mindedness, doubt, hesitation, and laziness, hold the Vajra Kilaya to subdue the Rudras, accomplish immeasurable benefit for beings through activities, do not spit in the water where the Nagas dwell, always do not blow on the fire, this is the general vow of the Wrathful Ones. The Dharma protector's vow, for black birds and black dogs, do not cast curses, do not cause harm or opposition.
