坛城主尊，玛哈古汝贝玛托创匝（梵文：Mahāguru Padmatotrengtsal，梵文罗马拟音：玛哈古汝 贝玛 托创匝，汉语字面意思：大 गुरु 莲花颅鬘力），慈悲自在身色红亮威严，摧伏三毒，极其忿怒之面容， 镇伏三界，头发向上竖立，圆满五智，以干颅和珍宝庄严，掌控九乘，发出吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）之吼声，高举诸佛之威力金刚杵，唤醒众生之无明，手持铃，圆满六度波罗蜜多之六种骨饰，清净八识聚之尸林装束，显现一切皆为智慧，如珍宝般闪耀，轮回涅槃平等，双足踩踏，具足方便，与智慧明妃结合，安住于智慧火焰燃烧之坛中，向忿怒尊之主尊顶礼赞叹。 བྷྱོ༔ （藏文：བྷྱོ，梵文天城体：भ्यो，梵文罗马拟音：bhyo，汉语字面意思：贝哟）！至尊明妃金刚忿怒母，黑身，法性不变，身色深蓝黑，右手持燃烧之弯刀斩断生死，倾覆轮回，以颅血供养本尊，持五印，与本尊大乐结合，向生养一切诸佛之母顶礼赞叹。 ཧཱུྃ（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！镜智本初 हेरू（藏文：ཧེ་རུ་，梵文天城体：हेरू，梵文罗马拟音：heru，汉语字面意思：黑汝嘎），平等智文殊阎魔敌，妙观察智大自在马头明王，成所作智金刚童子之身，大乐智空行母诛法本尊， 法界智大胜 हेरू（藏文：ཧེ་རུ་，梵文天城体：हेरू，梵文罗马拟音：heru，汉语字面意思：黑汝嘎），界智本尊世间供赞主，照遍智大 बलव（藏文：བལ，梵文天城体：बलव，梵文罗马拟音：balava，汉语字面意思：巴拉瓦）具力者，为使诸佛眷属成办众生之利益，示现忿怒燃烧之身之诸忿怒尊，大悲猛烈，强大威猛无与伦比，向大 बलव（藏文：བལ，梵文天城体：बलव，梵文罗马拟音：balava，汉语字面意思：巴拉瓦）降魔八尊顶礼赞叹。 ཧཱུྃ（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！具足四无量之四部空行母，白黄红绿，右手持各自之标志，左手持铁钩、索、铁链、铃，向降伏障碍、邪魔、鬼怪者顶礼赞叹。 念诵劝请：ཧཱུྃ（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！显有世间一切本初即为大坛城，无造作自然生起之外器为宫殿，内情众生为天神和天女，玛哈古汝贝玛猛厉力，与眷属一同充满世间，智慧本尊如芝麻荚，咒语之声使世间淅淅沥沥摇摇晃晃，如千龙同时轰鸣之声，心性自然生起之自性光明，一切显现执

Main deity of the mandala, Mahaguru Padmatotrengtsal, Possessing the power of compassion, with a majestic red-hued body, Subduing the three poisons, with an exceedingly wrathful countenance, Subjugating the three realms, hair standing upright, Perfecting the five wisdoms, adorned with dry skulls and precious jewels, Wielding power over the nine vehicles, proclaiming the roar of Hūṃ, Raising the vajra, the strength and power of all Buddhas, Awakening beings from ignorance, holding a bell, Completing the six pāramitās, with six bone ornaments, Adorned with charnel ground attire, purifying the eight consciousness aggregates, All appearances arise as wisdom, shining as precious ornaments, Saṃsāra and nirvāṇa are equal, pressing down with playful feet, Possessing skillful means, united with the wisdom consort, Abiding in the midst of blazing flames of wisdom, I prostrate and praise the chief of the assembled wrathful deities. Bhyo! Supreme consort, Vajra Krodheśvarī, the black one, Immutable in dharma-nature, with a dark blue-black body, The right hand holds a blazing curved knife, severing birth and death, Overturning saṃsāra, offering skull-blood to the consort, Holding the five mudrās, united in great bliss with the consort, I prostrate and praise the mother who gives birth to all Buddhas. Hūṃ! Mirror-like wisdom, the pure Heruka, Equality wisdom, Mañjuśrī Yamāntaka, Discriminating wisdom, powerful Hayagrīva, Accomplishing wisdom, the form of Vajrakumāra, Blissful wisdom, the Mamo goddess of cursing, Dharmadhātu wisdom, the great supreme Heruka, Sphere of wisdom, the lord of worldly offerings and praises, Blazing and pervasive wisdom, the great glorious and powerful, For the sake of accomplishing the benefit of beings, together with the assembly of conquerors, Showing the form of the fierce and blazing, all the wrathful deities, Intense compassion, great might, unmatched in strength, I prostrate and praise the eight great glorious subduers of māras. The four classes of ḍākinīs possessing the four immeasurables, White, yellow, red, and green, with their own characteristic emblems in the right hand, Hook, noose, chain, and bell in the left, I prostrate and praise those who subdue obstacles, enemies, and obstructing spirits.
