In this mandala, those who enter are fortunate and have karmic connections. Only a few in a hundred paths arise from the accumulation of merit in the past. Can you keep the vows of the Three Roots? Having asked this, please repeat this prayer: Gurus of the three times, please consider! Whatever transgressions and breakages of vows there have been in the past, I confess before the Gurus of the three times. From now on, I offer my body, speech, and mind to the Guru. You know all the good, bad, joy, and sorrow. After that, in order to invoke the wisdom beings who are the basis of empowerment, you should straighten your bodies, restrain your speech and breath, and without letting your minds wander elsewhere, meditate single-pointedly on these visualizations. Hūṃ Hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! In the center of the spontaneously arisen five wisdoms... and so on. Generate the wisdom fire blazing in the expanse. In between, recite according to the practice manual and clearly visualize the deity as the form of the commitment being. Having visualized in this way, from the three places of body, speech, and mind, the vajra nature, and from the hearts of the Guru and the mandala deities, radiate rays of wisdom light that pervade the sky. From the pure lands of the Buddhas of the ten directions, immeasurable and especially from the great palace of the Lotus Light Pure Land of Rakshas, invoke the mind-streams of Guru Padmasambhava, the Garland of Skulls, the Three Roots, and the victorious ones with their retinue. May all of them arise in the form of the body mudra, the essence of speech, and the emblems of the mind of Vajrakīla, the Great Supreme Subduer of Demons, and descend like rain, merging indivisibly into your three doors, so generate faith and aspiration to bless your mind-streams. Incense offerings for invoking, accompanied by the sounds of ḍākinī drums and bells, as in the practice manual, continue with the previous eight verses. Hūṃ Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! Invocation verses and mantras such as "Space of Orgyen..." Because the flower falls on the main deity of the mandala, it is called the secret name Vajra Subduer of Demons.
