Hūṃ phaṭ phaṭ pheiṃ pheiṃ sounds and the root mantra's own sound, tiri tiri, arise. From the heart, the attributes of each deity, marked with their respective seed syllables, radiate. Dissolving into blue light, meditate that they dissolve into your hearts. Hūṃ! Wrathful Great Powerful One, King of the Wrathful Ones, Terrifying, blazing, powerful form, Arising from the center of a blazing lotus, In this secret mandala, To this fortunate son of lineage, Bestow great blessings from the heart, Bestow the supreme empowerment of the five wisdoms. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ arcika nircika namo bhagavate hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ! Āḥ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ! Vajracitta abhiṣiñca hūṃ! Thus, touch the torma to the heart. By this, purify the obscurations of the mind. Pacify mental madness, fainting sickness. The blessings of the heart enter. The seed of the vajra heart is planted in the mind. Now, this torma, the assembly of deities of the Wrathful Guru, the lineage of vidyādharas, together with the lamas, all the assemblies of deities, on the crown of your heads, with the sounds of hur hur, chem chem, ha ha, hūṃ hūṃ, phaṭ phaṭ, pheiṃ pheiṃ, and the root mantra's own sound, tiri tiri, arise. Bestowing the complete empowerment of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity. All the assemblies of deities dissolve into light, meditate that they dissolve into you, indivisibly. Hūṃ! Four doorkeeper maidens, please bless and empower these Vajra disciples through the gates of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Please protect and save them from being harmed by planets, nagas, gyalpo spirits, and the eight classes of beings. Please pacify all diseases such as fainting, epilepsy, poisoning, epidemics, and the three types of pain, as well as paralysis, numbness, plague, and so on. From this time onwards, please take them under your care in all lifetimes and make them supreme deities. Below the essences of the main deity and retinue: Kāya vāka citta guṇa sarva karma abhiṣiñca hūm (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Roman transliteration, Literal Chinese meaning) body, speech, mind, qualities, all actions, empower, Hūm!
