Place the sun and moon, the empowerment support of the Karma family, on the left side of the back of your head. May the deities of the Karma family eliminate disharmony, obstacles, and hindrances, and may you receive the undiminishing Vajra empowerment of the clear sun and moon of life. Om Karma Jñana Svaha. May we, the fortunate ones, be empowered with the empowerment of life as clear as the sun and moon. Then, visualize the life vase as a deity dissolving into yourself, and take it on your crown. May you be empowered with the indestructible empowerment of the body! May you be empowered with the unceasing empowerment of speech! May you be empowered with the unerring empowerment of mind! Auspicious life support, glorious food, this essence of gathered essence, please eat it today, son. By eating this pill, you will surely see the face of Bhagavan Amitayus. There is no doubt about it. After reciting this, enjoy the life pill. Then, hold the kapala of life wine in your left hand, and wave the arrow banner in your right hand. Stir the center and the four directions with the tip of the arrow, and visualize the five families of dakinis, with their million retinues, bestowing the life empowerment. Great Life Master, White Mother, assembly of a million, gather all the life force of the entire eastern direction, and for us and the fortunate sons of the lineage, extend this life and stabilize this life force.

Having gathered all the life essence of the entire southern direction, Grant this life to me and the fortunate sons of the lineage, and stabilize this life. Oṃ Ratna Jñāna Āyuṣe Svāhā. Great Lord of Life, assembly of a hundred thousand red retinues. Having gathered all the life essence of the entire western direction, Grant this life to me and the fortunate sons of the lineage, and stabilize this life. Oṃ Padma Jñāna Āyuṣe Svāhā. Great Lord of Life, assembly of a hundred thousand blue retinues. Having gathered all the life essence of the entire northern direction, Grant this life to me and the fortunate sons of the lineage, and stabilize this life. Oṃ Karma Jñāna Āyuṣe Svāhā. Great Lord of Life, assembly of a hundred thousand smoky retinues. Having gathered all the life essence of the entire central direction, Grant this life to me and the fortunate sons of the lineage, and stabilize this life. Oṃ Buddha Jñāna Āyuṣe Svāhā. Again, waving the arrow banner and shaking it, recite: Oṃ Puṇye Puṇye Mahāpuṇye Aparimita Āyuḥpuṇye Jñāna Saṃbhāro Pa Cittā Ye Svāhā. and raise it to the crown of the head and taste it on the tongue. By placing it on the forehead of the fortunate son, may he obtain the supreme empowerment of the indestructible body. Kāyā Siddhi Oṃ. Take from the middle of the longevity wine with the ring finger and place it on the throat. Āḥ, the nature of immortal life, the syllable Āḥ, blessed by the Buddhas of the three times. By placing it on the throat of the fortunate son, may he obtain the supreme empowerment of unimpeded speech. Vāka Siddhi Āḥ. Take from the bottom of the longevity wine with the ring finger and place it on the heart. Hūṃ, the nature of immortal life, the syllable Hūṃ, blessed by the Buddhas of the three times. By placing it on the heart of the fortunate son, may he obtain the supreme empowerment of unerring mind. Citta Siddhi Hūṃ. The life concealment: instantly transform oneself into the wrathful king Hayagriva, with a red body, one face, and two arms, standing with two legs in a threatening posture. The two hands draw a bow and arrow, and the upper part of the bow emits a roaring sound like thunder.
