May all your heart's desires be easily fulfilled, and may you ultimately be perfectly united with the supreme accomplishment of Mahamudra. May the power of the Dharma protectors not diminish, and may the strength of the oath-bound ones not weaken. May the accomplishments you manifestly desire be easily achieved. Having been thus instructed, I think that they all joyfully agreed and will carry them out one by one. Secondly, to bestow the empowerment that increases the conducive conditions for succession, life, and glory, pray with intense devotion and unwavering faith to the inseparable Lama and Immortal Padma, Lord of Life. Please repeat after me: Protector of beings, Padma Amitayus! Buddhas of the three times, Lord of Life, Father and Mother! We pray, dispel the obstacles to life! Bestow the empowerment of immortal Vajra life! Having prayed thus, visualize the main deity of the mandala, Padma, Lord of Life, the embodiment of the three kayas and three families, inseparable from you. From the five places marked with five symbols and five seed syllables, inconceivable rays of light emanate, and emanations of the goddess Quick One, like particles of sunlight, spread forth, restoring your diminished and weakened life force. The essence of the four elements, the quintessence of samsara and nirvana, and all auspiciousness are invoked as the nectar of immortal life, rays of various colors. They enter through the crown of your head, filling your entire body, and you attain the accomplishment of immortal life. Dissolve into the life-substance in front of you, and generate the conviction that it has become the essence of Vajra life. Restore the diminished and weakened life force of us yogis and our retinues to its original state! Gather the essence of the five elements into the five wisdom lights! Infuse the quintessence of existence and peace into the bindu at the heart's center! Bestow the unchanging, unimpeded, indestructible Vajra life, the undying, eternal, true accomplishment! Immeasurable nectar of life arises. Enter through the aperture of Brahma at the crown of your heads. Fill the entire body. Purify untimely death along with its imprints. Attain the accomplishment of immortal life. By the essence merging into the indestructible bindu in the center of the heart, develop the conviction of obtaining the Vajra body, the life free from birth and death. Om! In the center of the heart-essence vase, amidst the five wisdom lights, dwells the assembly of deities of Orgyen Amitayus. Bestow the empowerment of unchanging, eternal Vajra life. Grant the accomplishment of being free from birth, death, aging, and decline. Kaya Ayur Siddhi Abhishincha Om! By experiencing the nectar of great bliss Bodhichitta, which is the essence of the assembled samsara and nirvana, stability and movement, it pervades all the channels and elements. By binding the movement of wind and mind into the life force of the dūti, may you obtain the empowerment of life to proclaim the uninterrupted speech, the Vajra sound, the uninterrupted stream of Brahma's voice. Ah! The nectar of great bliss Bodhichitta, possesses the essence of binding wind and mind into the central channel. Bestow the empowerment of uninterrupted, eternal Vajra life. Grant the accomplishment of the uninterrupted stream of Brahma's voice. Vaka Ayur Siddhi Abhishincha Ah! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Give with this. Hold the longevity pill. This unchanging Vajra life pill, which is the essence of assembled existence and peace, the wisdom being Orgyen Padmasambhava Amitayus, father and mother, descends from the mouth in the form of a small body with complete limbs. Abiding in the palace of the sun and moon in the center of the heart as the root of constant, stable, and unchanging life, develop the conviction of obtaining the indestructible, constant Vajra life empowerment. Hum! The form of the unchanging, five-essence-endowed pill, dissolves into the nature of the wisdom being in the center of the heart. Bestow the empowerment of indestructible, eternal Vajra life. Grant the accomplishment of the clear light, the original meaning. Citta Ayur Siddhi Abhishincha Hum!
