May I have the cause of happiness. May I be free from suffering and the cause of suffering. May I never be separated from the supreme bliss that is free from suffering. May I abide in equanimity, free from attachment, hatred, closeness, and distance, which are the causes of happiness and suffering. May the ground everywhere be pure, without pebbles and so forth, level like the palm of a hand, and of the good essence of lapis lazuli. As in the arrangement of the world of bliss, with a precious ground adorned with flowers, trees, lakes, and everything complete, may it be filled with the vast sound of Dharma. Arising from the virtue of the transcendent world, made of the seven precious things, a place radiating immeasurable light, may the Victorious Ones together with their children dwell here. This lion throne made of many precious jewels, covered with delightful various silks, I offer to the Victorious Ones together with their children, may all beings be seated upon the vajra seat. The objects of offering of gods and humans, actually arranged and emanated by the mind, with outer, inner, and secret unsurpassed offerings, may they pervade all of space. I invite the protector of all beings without exception, the fearless deity who subdues the hosts of demons and their armies, the refuge who knows all things as they are, together with his retinue, to come to this place. (བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཛཿ, Vajra Samaya Jah, Vajra Samaya Jah, Vajra Commitment, Arise!). (པདྨ་ཀ་མ་ལཱ་ཡ་སཏྭཾ, Padma Kamalaya Satvam, Padma Kamalaya Satvam, Lotus Lotus Being, Commitment!). (ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥེ་ཀ་ཏ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཤྲཱི་ཧཱུྃ, Om Sarva Tathagata Abhishekata Samaya Shri Hum, Om Sarva Tathagata Abhishekata Samaya Shri Hum, Om All Tathagatas, Empowerment, Commitment, Glory, Hum!). By whose kindness, great bliss itself, arises in an instant, the Lama like a precious jewel, to the lotus feet of the Vajra Holder, I bow down. To all those worthy of prostration, with a number equal to all the dust particles of the fields, at all times and places, with supreme faith, I prostrate and pay homage. Offer the mandala, either elaborate or concise, as appropriate. Outer offerings: flowers, incense, lamps, water, food, music. Inner offerings: beautiful forms, pleasant sounds, fragrant smells, sweet tastes, soft touches. Secret offering: offering the inconceivable great bliss of the Dharmakaya. Furthermore, the mandala should be offered elaborately or concisely, according to the respective circumstances. Visualize yourself as the body of Vajrayogini, the mother of all Buddhas of the three times, and in your heart, visualize the Lama Rinpoche, the wish-fulfilling jewel, the lord of all that is stable and moving, samsara and nirvana, abiding with devotion. And all sentient beings equal to space, take refuge in the Lama, Buddha, and precious jewel.

Grant your blessings! Likewise, I take refuge in the all-pervading Dharmakaya of the Lama. I take refuge in the Lama's Sambhogakaya of Great Bliss. I take refuge in the Lama's Nirmanakaya of Compassion. Grant your blessings so that my mind and the minds of all sentient beings may turn towards the Dharma. Grant your blessings so that the Dharma may become the path. Grant your blessings to clear away the confusion on the path. Grant your blessings so that confusion may arise as wisdom. Grant your blessings so that all my karmic obscurations and afflictive obscurations, obscurations of knowledge, and habitual obscurations may be purified right now. Grant your blessings so that this place may be purified. Grant your blessings so that this session may be purified. Grant your blessings so that my continuum may be purified. Grant your blessings so that this continuum may be liberated. Grant your blessings so that liberation may occur right now. Grant your blessings so that liberation may occur in this place. Grant your blessings so that liberation may occur in this session. Grant your blessings so that an unsurpassed and unwavering Samadhi may arise in my continuum. Grant your blessings so that it may arise right now. Grant your blessings so that it may arise in this place. Grant your blessings so that it may arise in this session. Grant your blessings so that unsurpassed and unwavering wisdom may arise. Grant your blessings so that it may arise right now. Grant your blessings so that it may arise in this place. Grant your blessings so that it may arise in this session. I pray earnestly from the depths of my heart and bones. Then, dissolve all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Yidams, Dakinis, and lineage Lamas into yourself. These also gradually dissolve into light and merge into the root Lama. Mix your own mind with the Lama, inseparable. Finally, dedicate the merit and make aspirations. Next, to settle the movement and stillness, cut off the elaborations of the three times of mind and cultivate the experience of peaceful abiding (shamatha). If you cannot abide in that, then close your eyes and meditate. Or, you can meditate by looking at the sky at the tip of your nose. Keep the awareness balanced between tight and loose. If you can abide in that, then it is okay to meditate. If you cannot abide, then it is not okay. Make the experience of abiding very stable. Next, to let the awareness out nakedly: If the two, movement and stillness, are separately present, then cut off their root. Introduce the two, stillness and movement, as one. Thus, there is no movement during stillness, and there is no stillness during movement, so the mind is not formed into duality, and it becomes one. This one is also free from grasping, like a youth experiencing happiness in his heart, or like a mute person tasting molasses.
