究竟二利究竟成，传承口诀加持之，誓言心要皆圆满。 知晓一切万般智，三世诸佛之誓言，我今皆悉敬圆满。 引众皆入寂静乐，所有圣典正法之，誓言心要皆圆满。 安住于地及道位，护持佛陀之教法，圣者僧众之誓言，我今皆悉敬圆满。 观修证悟至高境，殊胜上师众之誓，誓言心要皆圆满。 成就二种胜悉地，无碍赐予诸有情，本尊坛城众之誓，我今皆悉敬圆满。 遣除内外密诸障，空行护法众之誓，誓言心要皆圆满。 赐予修行者受用，如意满足诸所欲，财神地藏众之誓，我今皆悉敬圆满。 守护白方增盛已，情器内外皆增辉，地神居神众之誓，我今皆悉敬圆满。 显有立基清净刹，轮回涅槃诸宾客，一切有情之誓言，我今皆悉敬圆满。 吽 舍 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：हुँ ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：吽 舍)！ 坛城圣众誓言满，实物陈设意幻化，鲜花熏香灯明及，香水等等诸供品，外之供养誓言满。 色声香味触法等，自生内在之供养，誓言心要皆圆满。 无二乐空断执着，俱生秘密之供养，誓言心要皆圆满。 甘露妙药血及朵，殊胜无上之供养，誓言心要皆圆满。 会供轮及欲妙云，稀有誓句之供养，誓言心要皆圆满。 誓言心要皆圆满，祈请宽恕诸违犯，内外秘密诸障碍，祈请悉皆得寂灭，如意成就诸所愿，祈请赐予胜悉地。 呵 (藏文：ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：हो，梵文罗马拟音：ho，汉语字面意思：呵)！ 本来无二法身界，然由无明妄念故，苦乐之果种种熟。 为遣除彼故受持，诸佛如来之律仪，别解脱及菩萨戒，密咒誓言诸学处，如理受持勤修然，然因无知烦恼及，放逸不敬等过患，所有违越之罪堕，内外秘密会供力，我今皆悉发露忏。 猛烈惭愧悔恨心，至诚坦白尽忏悔，所有失坏及破戒，祈请悉皆令复原，祈请赐予胜成就，梵天至上之果位。 百字明咒尽力诵。

Having perfected the two benefits, the lineage of oral instructions and blessings, May the samaya commitment be fulfilled. Knowing all knowable things, possessing all aspects of wisdom, May the samaya commitment of all Buddhas of the three times be fulfilled. Leading all beings into a state of peace and happiness, May the samaya commitment of all sacred scriptures and Dharma be fulfilled. Abiding on the ground and the path, protecting the teachings, May the samaya commitment of the noble Sangha be fulfilled. Possessing the supreme view, meditation, and wisdom, May the samaya commitment of the sublime lamas be fulfilled. Bestowing the two kinds of siddhis without obstruction, May the samaya commitment of the Yidam deity assembly be fulfilled. Eliminating all outer, inner, and secret obstacles, May the samaya commitment of the Dakinis and Damchen be fulfilled. Granting practitioners enjoyment and fulfilling all desires, May the samaya commitment of the wealth deities and treasure owners be fulfilled. Protecting the white side and increasing the splendor of the environment and beings, May the samaya commitment of the place deities and earth owners be fulfilled. Establishing appearance and existence as the basis, the pure and vast field, May the samaya commitment of all guests of samsara and nirvana be fulfilled. Hūṃ Hrīḥ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：हुँ ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：吽 舍)! Substances for fulfilling the samaya commitment of the mandala deity assembly, Actually arranged and mentally transformed, Flowers, incense, lamps, scented water, and so on, May the samaya commitment be fulfilled through the outer offerings of divine substances. Forms, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile objects, and so on, May the samaya commitment be fulfilled through the self-arisen inner offerings. Dissolving grasping and clinging into the expanse of non-dual bliss and emptiness, May the samaya commitment be fulfilled through the co-emergent secret offerings. Nectar, medicine, rakta, and bali, May the samaya commitment be fulfilled through the supreme and special offerings. Tsok khorlo, clouds of desirable qualities like an ocean, May the samaya commitment be fulfilled through the wondrous samaya offerings. May the samaya commitment be fulfilled, please forgive any breakages, May outer, inner, and secret obstacles be pacified, And may the siddhis of spontaneously accomplishing all wishes be bestowed. Ho (藏文：ཧོཿ，梵文天城体：हो，梵文罗马拟音：ho，汉语字面意思：呵)! Originally pure in the non-dual Dharmakaya, But due to the power of ignorance, imputations and accusations arose, Ripening various fruits of happiness and suffering. To reverse this, we have taken the vows of the Victorious Ones, The Pratimoksha, Bodhisattva, and Mantra vows, Although we have vowed to uphold and practice them properly, Due to ignorance, afflictions, carelessness, and disrespect, Whatever actions have been contrary to these, We confess them all through the power of the outer, inner, and secret tsok offerings. With intense shame and remorse, We sincerely confess and reveal everything, May all deteriorations and breakages be restored, And may the supreme siddhi of Brahma be bestowed. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra as much as possible.
