嗡！法身无生界中虽未动，啊！报身明而无杂上师身，吽！化身无碍种种调伏众。嗡啊吽！三身任运平等且明而无杂，往昔上师您与我等发愿同，如今我与弟子请摄受，纵为生命亦不舍追随修，祈愿圆满大智慧之总集灌顶。根本咒三遍。如是身像置于顶上，是宝瓶灌顶；置于喉间，授秘密名，是秘密灌顶。汝等之秘密名是“种姓总集古汝颅鬘力”。置于心间，令上师与自心无别，是心性不可思议之智慧空明自性，无为，本来即是上师四身之体性，为作表示，以古汝身像作灌顶。自性之体性，从未为二障之束缚所染污，虽示现义之普贤莲花生大士与我等无二无别，然为净除变异之暂时垢染，为作表示，以表诠之本师加持我与弟子之相续，了知此乃智慧之灌顶。所有显现、声响、分别念之法，皆知为上师之身语意之自性，务必如是，此乃第四句义灌顶。由此生起乐明无分别之觉受，是种姓总集彼性之灌顶，是依身像之五种圆满灌顶。如是根本五灌顶，分为五类，以五五二十五而称为菩提灌顶。以圆满授予上师之大灌顶总集，将获得四灌顶之现证加持，并通彻超越。若依玛德派之规，因无朵玛灌顶，故以此等成就，并合后之次第。若依达香派之规，若欲另合秘密朵玛灌顶，则修法已包含于前述之中，故前述之余文即在此。上师意修如意宝之成熟心髓，于一座之上授予四灌顶，为听闻朵玛加持金刚藏之功德，献曼扎，念诵祈请文。 吽！奇

OM! Though the Dharmakaya does not move from the unborn realm, AH! The Sambhogakaya is clear and unmixed, the Guru's form, HUM! The Nirmanakaya is unceasing, subduing various beings. OM AH HUM! The three Kayas are spontaneously equal, clear and unmixed. Guru of the past, your aspiration is one with ours. Now, please hold us, teacher and students, in your embrace. Even for the sake of our lives, we will not abandon following you. May we perfect the empowerment of the vast expanse of great wisdom! Recite the root mantra three times. Thus, placing the image on the crown of the head is the vase empowerment. Placing it on the throat and bestowing the secret name is the secret empowerment. Your secret name is "Lineage Assembly Guru Skull Garland Power." Placing it on the heart and introducing the inseparability of the guru and one's own mind is the wisdom of mind itself, inconceivable, empty-clear self-awareness, uncompounded. From the beginning, it is the essence of the guru's four Kayas. To symbolize this, the empowerment is given with the guru's image. The essence of self-awareness has never been stained by the bonds of the two obscurations. Although the meaning of Samantabhadra and Padmasambhava are one, in order to purify the temporary stains of transformation, the symbolic guru blesses the lineage of myself and the students. Knowing this is the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge. All phenomena of appearance, sound, and thought are to be known as the sole nature of the guru's body, speech, and mind. This is the fourth, the empowerment of words. From this, the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought arises, which is the empowerment of the Lineage Assembly itself. It is the complete five empowerments based on the image. Thus, the five root empowerments are divided into five aspects, and the twenty-five are called the empowerment of enlightenment. By fully bestowing the great empowerment of the guru, the blessings of the realization of the four empowerments will be obtained, and transcendence will be achieved. According to the Mati tradition, since there is no Torma empowerment, it is accomplished by these, and the subsequent sequence is combined. According to the Taksham tradition, if you wish to combine the separate and hidden Torma empowerment, the practice is included in the aforementioned, so the remainder of the aforementioned is there. The ripening essence of the Guru's Mind Practice Wish-Fulfilling Jewel, bestowing the four empowerments on one seat, offering a mandala for the merit of hearing the Torma blessing Vajra Essence. Guru, the embodiment of the three roots and three kayas, the wish-fulfilling jewel! Lama Vajradhara, please listen! In the mandala of the three roots, the wish-fulfilling jewel, please bestow empowerment, blessings, and accomplishments! (Repeat three times) This blazing precious torma, outwardly, is a vast and expansive immeasurable palace of blazing jewels, complete with all measurements and characteristics. Inwardly, Maha Guru Padmasambhava, the five kayas and eight names, and the assembly of hundreds of millions of deities from Oddiyana are vividly present. The five empowerments of the vase empowerment, secret empowerment, wisdom empowerment, word empowerment, and the empowerment of the ultimate reality of Suchness are completed in one sitting. You receive all the empowerments and blessings of the Guru's five aspects of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activity. From the palace of the unborn Dharmakaya, Dharmakaya, pure Samantabhadra, Sambhogakaya, infinite light with marks and signs, Nirmanakaya, Padmasambhava's various emanations, the spontaneously accomplished three kayas, Totreng Tsal, through the empowerment of the samaya substance torma, may we obtain the empowerment of the spontaneously accomplished three kayas!
