Now, contemplate that the continuity of that recitation is filled with white light, and finally, with intense remorse, pray with "Protector, I do not know," etc. Vajrasattva says, "Son of lineage, your sins and obscurations are purified." And gives blessings, dissolving into oneself, contemplate the three spheres without objectification, abide in the natural state, and dedicate. This is the first session of visualization. In the space in front, clearly visualize the mandala of the field of merit as the refuge. The mandala of offering, if available, is a mandala made of jewels, etc. If not, sweep the ground clean and smear it with scented water and cow dung water. Arrange thirty-seven or seven heaps of flowers, and contemplate that the outer and inner worlds are filled with the enjoyments and perfections of gods and humans. Offer with "ground made of jewels," etc., this is the mandala of the Nirmanakaya. Contemplate the pure land of Brahma's drum sound, adorned with wisdom jewels, dots, and small dots, and offer it, this is the mandala of the Sambhogakaya. Offer the mind of enlightenment, which is non-dual with essence and wisdom, into the realm of objectless primordial purity, this is the mandala of the Dharmakaya. Mainly focus on the mandala of the Nirmanakaya, and at the end of the session, also offer the latter two mandalas as appropriate, and finally gather the field of merit and offerings, etc., into the form of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), dissolving into oneself and dedicate. This is the second session of visualization. In the center of the space directly above one's head, visualize the root and lineage lamas residing in tiers, surrounded by the Three Jewels, clearly visualized as the refuge. Repeatedly contemplate that all of this is the magical display arising from the bliss-emptiness awareness of the root lama, with the determination to settle everything with one understanding, resolve to guide all sentient beings oneself, abandon the expectation of "you know, I do," and with unbearable devotion, repeatedly pray with "Victorious One, Ocean," etc. Then gather the lineage lamas and the Three Jewels, etc., into the root lama, with intense devotion, pray with "Lord of the Four Kayas," etc., and then visualize white light radiating from the (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) syllable at the crown of the guru's head, etc., after receiving the four empowerments from the guru's body, the guru comes to the top of one's head with a joyful demeanor, dissolving into light

From the navel, contemplate that your own body, speech, and mind are inseparable from the three vajras of the guru, and remain in equipoise, and dedicate the merit. This is the third contemplation sequence. Second, the main part: If you have not previously received empowerment in this mandala, then at this time, ripen your being through empowerment and then engage in meditation. There are two parts to this. First, the method of meditating on the generation stage as the basis for the completion stage is to sit on a comfortable seat. With refuge and bodhicitta, etc., as preliminaries, from the state of emptiness, on top of a lotus, sun, and moon seat, your own awareness, Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,हुं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) blue. From this, rays of light emanate, offering to the victorious ones and accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings. Gathering back, completely transformed, the embodiment of all families, Guru Vajra Totreng Tsal, body color blue, one face, two arms, three eyes. With a wrathful smile, youthful and vibrant, the lower body wrapped in a tiger skin skirt, with legs in vajra posture. The two hands crossed at the heart holding a vajra and bell, embracing the consort Mandarava, red and clear, holding a curved knife and skull cup. Adorned with silk, jewels, and bone ornaments, at the heart, visualize the clear life Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,हुं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) syllable, blue, constantly appearing. If the form is not clear, stare intently at the form of a thangka, and a clear appearance will arise in the mind, and then remain single-pointedly on that. Once it is clear and stable, from the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,हुं,hūṃ,Hūṃ) at the heart, rays of light emanate, touching any external object of your own, purifying attachment and conceptualization, and contemplate that it becomes a vivid deity. Gradually, starting from villages and so on, ultimately purify all the outer and inner worlds. Blend all appearances into deities and palaces, one session. That deity form is merely the self-display of your own mind; there is no deity beyond the mind. Apart from the deity form, there is no mind. Conclude that mind and deity form are inseparable and blend them, one session. All that appears, appears as inseparable from mind and deity form. Moreover, appearing without grasping, bliss without attachment, like a reflection in a mirror or an illusion, blend into bliss, clarity, and emptiness, one session. If you become weary from meditation, clearly visualize the deity form, but without grasping at it, in that state. Visualize all sounds as the sound of mantra, appearing as empty sound. Combine with the three stages of air entering, abiding, and dissolving, and recite Oṃ (ཨོཾ,ॐ,oṃ,Oṃ) Āḥ (ཨཱཿ,आः,āḥ,Āḥ) Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,हुं,hūṃ,Hūṃ).
