repeatedly. Finally, the rays of light emanating from the bodies of the refuge objects purify the sins and obscurations of oneself and others. All sentient beings go to the pure lands. Visualize the refuge objects dissolving into light and merging into oneself, and then dedicate the merit. When going to sleep, do not destroy the object of focus, but think of sleeping with your head facing it, and go to sleep while cultivating devotion. This is the fourth session of contemplation. These countless sentient beings pervading the sky have all been one's parents countless times, and are all kind. However, like a mad dog not recognizing its owner, they do not recognize each other as parents and children. All beings desire happiness, but they create suffering, and their intentions and actions are completely reversed. These mad ones are so pitiful. For their sake, I will rely on this profound path, like a person who has been carried away by floodwaters searching for a rope to pull themselves out, and attain the state of Buddhahood, and lead all sentient beings to liberation and permanent bliss. Think in this way, and from the depths of your heart, recite "HO!" and combine it with the giving and taking of happiness and suffering with the outgoing and incoming breath. Finally, relax for a moment in a state of non-attachment, and then dedicate the merit. This is the fifth session of contemplation. Secondly, in the uncommon preliminaries, there are also three sessions of contemplation: On the lotus, sun, and moon mandala above one's crown, visualize a white HUNG syllable. From there, rays of light emanate, gather, and completely transform, appearing as the Vajrasattva Guru, with a white body, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds a vajra at the heart, and the left hand holds a bell at the hip, embracing a consort similar to oneself. Adorned with all the ornaments of silk and jewels, residing in the posture of ease. In his heart, on a lotus and moon, visualize an upright white vajra, with a white HUNG syllable at its center, surrounded by a garland of the hundred-syllable mantra. By reciting the hundred-syllable mantra, a stream of nectar, as white as milk, descends from the garland of mantras and all parts of his body, entering through the aperture of Brahma. All diseases, evil spirits, and sins and obscurations transform into pus and blood, tiny creatures, and smoke, exiting from the doors of the senses and the pores of the skin. One's own body is pure like a crystal ball, and all parts are filled with
