嗡 香底 咕汝 耶 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ शान्तिं कुरु ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ śāntiṃ kuru ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，寂静，作，耶，梭哈）。念诵。发愿：疾病魔障罪障及恶习，怨敌害众凶猛之厉鬼，锋利兵器及和合之毒，八万四千诸魔障等，四百零四种诸疾病，恶梦凶兆一切诸恶相，愿速速平息！增法：自身莲师心间命咒吽字黄色，脐间黄莲四瓣莲心上，珍宝（藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字咒鬘光芒黄，劝请本续生起能力二资粮六波罗蜜增，器情化为珍宝有情刹土。根本咒后加念： （藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：भ्रूं पुष्टिं कुरु ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ puṣṭiṃ kuru ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：种子字，增长，作，耶，梭哈）。念诵。发愿：寿命福德名声及力量，眷属弟子事业皆增长，权势受用功德一切法，愿速速增长！怀法：自身莲师心间命咒吽字红色，喉间红莲十六瓣莲心上，日上（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字咒鬘光芒红，劝请本续生起能力轮涅以四喜摄，器情化为莲花有情刹土。根本咒后加念：（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿཝ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ह्रीः वशं कुरु ये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ vaśaṃ kuru ye svāhā，汉语字面意思：种子字，自在，作，耶，梭哈）。念诵。发愿：诸佛慈悲加持力，有情见闻忆触等，三界自在摄！诛法：自身莲师心间命咒吽字蓝色，密处绿莲二十八瓣莲心上，宝剑（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）字咒鬘光芒黑，劝请本续生起能力诛灭怨魔五毒，器情化为事业有情刹土。根本咒后加念：（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ།，梵文天城体：हुं मारय फट，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ māraya phaṭ，汉语字面意思：种子字，摧毁，啪）。念诵。发愿：违誓厉鬼及诸部多，违教怨敌及特殊之怨敌等，具有十种田者愿诛灭！如是，所修事业何者为多则多念诵，或无特别则平等念诵。彼等之末，为令圆满增补及加持之流不断，故亦念诵三遍三遍之字母百字明及依怙心咒。第七、于座间献供朵玛：让、扬、康。自身化为莲花光焰，从心间，生出火风水，净化朵玛之过失。从阿字生出广大莲花宝器内，从三字生出智慧甘露之海，色香味力精华

Oṃ śāntiṃ kuru ye svāhā. Recite. Aspiration: May diseases, evil spirits, sins, negative habits, enemies, harmful and fierce evil spirits, sharp weapons and combined poisons, all the 84,000 obstacles, all the 404 diseases, bad dreams, omens, and all bad signs be quickly pacified! Increase: Oneself as Padmasambhava, with the heart essence Hūṃ, yellow. In the navel, a yellow lotus with four petals. A precious Bhrūṃ syllable, mantra garland, yellow light. Inspire the lineage, generate power, increase the two accumulations and six perfections. May the container and contents transform into a precious being's realm. At the end of the root mantra: Bhrūṃ puṣṭiṃ kuru ye svāhā. Recite. Aspiration: May life, merit, fame, and strength, retinue, disciples, and activities increase. May power, enjoyment, and all qualities quickly increase! Empowerment: Oneself as Padmasambhava, with the heart essence Hūṃ, red. In the throat, a red lotus with sixteen petals. On the sun, Hrīḥ, surrounded by a mantra garland, red light. Inspire the lineage, generate power, gather saṃsāra and nirvāṇa with the four joys. May the container and contents transform into a lotus being's realm. At the end of the root mantra: Hrīḥ vaśaṃ kuru ye svāhā. Recite. Aspiration: May the compassion and blessings of the Buddhas, and all beings who see, hear, remember, and touch, be brought under control in the three realms! Fierce: Oneself as Padmasambhava, with the heart essence Hūṃ, blue. In the secret place, a green lotus with twenty-eight petals. A sword, the syllable Hūṃ, mantra garland, black light. Inspire the lineage, generate power, destroy enemies, obstacles, and the five poisons. May the container and contents transform into a karma being's realm. At the end of the root mantra: Hūṃ māraya phaṭ. Recite. Aspiration: May oath-breakers, spirits, and the unruly, enemies of the teachings, personal enemies, and those possessing the ten fields be destroyed! Thus, whichever activity is being practiced, recite it more, or if there is no specific one, recite them equally. At the end of these, in order to complete deficiencies and maintain the flow of blessings, recite the vowels and consonants, the hundred-syllable mantra, and the essence mantras three times each. Seventh, offering the torma during the session break: Raṃ yaṃ khaṃ. Oneself as Padmasambhava, blazing with light, from the heart, fire, wind, and water arise, purifying the faults of the torma. From A, a vast lotus vessel arises. From the three syllables, a sea of wisdom nectar arises, with color, smell, taste, power, and essence.
