བདག་མདུན་གཙོ་བོ་ཡབ་ཡུམ་གྱི་སྦྱོར་མཚམས་ནས་འོད་ཟེར་ཕྱོགས་བཅུར་འཕྲོས་པས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཚེ་བཅུད་ཀྱིས་གང་བར་བསྒོམ། ཚེའི་ཕོ་ཉ་ལྷ་མོ་བཞི། མགྱོགས་མ་བཞི་དང་སྒོ་མ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་རང་རང་གི་བུམ་པར་ཚེའི་བཅུད་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྡུས་ཤིང་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་གྱི་བུམ་པར་སིབ་རུག་རུག་བླུགས་པར་ སྒོམས་ཤིག །མདའ་དར་གཡབ་ལ། ཧཱུྃ༔ ཤར་གྱི་ཕྱོགས་ནས་ཚེ་འགུགས་མ༔ སོགས་ལས་བྱང་ལྟར་ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཤེ་ཛྙཱ་ན་ཛ་ཛ༔ཞེས་པའི་བར་བརྗོད། སྔགས་ཉེར་གཅིག་བཟླ། གོང་གི་ལྷ་མོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཚེ་ནམ་མཁའི་མཐའ་དང་མཉམ་པ་ནས་བསྡུས་ཏེ། གཙོ་བོའི་བུམ་པར་སིབ་རུགས་སེ་བླུགས་ཤིང་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ལའང་དབང་བསྐུར་བར་མོས་ཤིག །བུམ་པ་ཐོགས་ལ། ཧྲཱིཿ ཚེ་ཡི་ལྷ་མོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་བུམ་པ་ནས། །བཅུད་རྣམས་དལ་གྱིས་བུམ་པར་སིབ་ཀྱིས་བླུགས། །རྡོ་ཁབ་ལེན་གྱིས་ལྕགས་ཕྱེ་འདུས་པ་ལྟར། །གྭའུཡི་ནང་གི་ཡིག་འབྲུ་གསུམ་ལ་ཐིམ། །བཀྲག་མདངས་གཟི་བརྗིད་འོད་ཟེར་འབར་བར་གྱུར། །འཇིག་རྟེན་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་ཚེ་བསོད་དཔལ་འབྱོར། དབང་ཐང་། ཆུས་སྲིད། བྱིན་རླབས་ནུས་མཐུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྙིང་གར་ཐིམ་པས་མི་ནུབ་པའི་རྒྱལ་མཚན། མི་འགྱུར་བའི་སྲོག་ཤིང་། ལུས་རྡོ་རྗེའི་བྲག་ལྟར་སྲ་ཞིང་། ཚེ་ཉི་ཟླ་དང་མཉམ་པར་མོས་ཤིག །སླར་ཡང་ཡུམ་ལྔའི་སྤྲུལ་པས་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་ཀྱི་ཚེ་བཅུད་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྡུས་ཏེ་ཚེ་ལྷ་རྒྱལ་བ་ཞི་ཁྲོ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། ལྷ་དང་དྲང་སྲོང་། རིག་འཛིན་ཀླུ་དབང་། འགྲོ་བ་མིའི་སྲོག་ནྲྀཿདང་། ནམ་མཁའ་ཉི་ཟླ་འབྱུང་བའི་བཅུད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་དང་བུམ་པ་ལ་སིབ་སིབ་ཐིམ། ཡང་འོད་དུ་མེ་རེ་རེ་འདུས་ནས། བ་སྤུའི་བུ་ག་ལ་སིབ་སིབ་ཐིམ་ནས་སྐྱེ་འཆི་མེད་པ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཚེ་ཐོབ་པའི་གདིང་སྐྱེད་ཅིག །སླར་ཡང་བུམ་པའི་དབང་བསྐུར་ལ། ཧཱུྃ༔ ནམ་མཁའི་དབྱིངས་ནས་ཚེ་འགུགས་མ༔སོགས་ནས། ཚེ་འདི་བཅོལ་ལོ་སྲོག་འདི་སྡོམས། བར་བརྗོད། སླར་ཡང་ཚེ་ལྷ་རིག་འཛིན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་དམ་ཐ་ཚིག་གནད་ནས་བསྐུལ་ཏེ་ཚེ་ བཅུད་འགུགས་པའི་སླད་དུ་དམིགས་པ་འདི་བཞིན་དུ་མཛོད། ཚེ་བདག་གཙོ་འཁོར་ཚེའི་རིག་འཛིན་རིགས་ཀྱི་ལྷ་མོ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས། དུས་གསུམ་གྱི་བདེ་གཤེགས་རྒྱལ་བ་སྲས་དང་བཅས་པ་འཕགས་ཚོགས་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྐུའི་བྱིན་རླབས་བརྒྱུད། མགུལ་གྱི་བུམ་པ། ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དཔལ་བེའུ་ནས་ཚེའི་དྭངས་མ། བཅུད་ཀྱི་ས་བོན། བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོ་རྣམས་བཀུག་ནས་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པ་ནྲྀཿལ་ཐིམ་པས་བཀྲག་མདངས་གཟི་བརྗིད་དང་ལྡན་པར་མོས་ཤིག །ཧཱུྃ་ ཐུགས་དམ་ཆེན་པོའི་དུས་ལ་བབ༔སོགས་ནས། རྡོ་རྗེ་ཚེ་ཡི་དངོས་གྲུབ་སྩོལ། Visualize immeasurable rays of light emanating from the blue syllable Hūṃ and the three locations (between the eyebrows, throat, and heart), which have the function of producing. From the syllables at the crown of the head, throat, and heart, rays of light emanate. Visualize inviting Amitāyus and his retinue of victorious ones like an ocean from Sukhāvatī, and Padmasambhava and his immeasurable retinue from Ngayab, and dissolving them into yourselves. Accompanied by incense, musical instruments, and melodies: Hūṃ! Great blessing, the place of wondrous excellence! In this mandala of power over life, I beseech the Bhagavan, the protector Amitāyus, as well as the life goddess, the Swift One, together with messengers, emanations, and further emanations, from the ten directions, equal to the extent of space, gathering all the life and glory of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, the radiance, splendor, and majesty, bestow blessings upon the fortunate ones! The light of life and glory blazes, bestow great blessings upon the substances of the mandala, grant great empowerment to the yogi me! Hūṃ Bhrūṃ Vajra Āyuṣe Hūṃ Ā! Āveśaya Ā Ā! Thus, perform the blessing descent of the action ritual. Then, for the meaning of the actual empowerment, please repeat this supplication: Kye! The very essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the supreme guide who leads all beings without exception, Orgyen, the protector, Vidyādhara Amitāyus, bless my body, speech, and mind, grant the accomplishment of the immortal Vajra life! Repeat three times. Then, for the sake of summoning life, please visualize as follows: From the union of the principal deities, father and mother, in front of oneself, rays of light emanate in the ten directions, filling all realms of the world with the essence of life. The four messenger goddesses of life, the four Swift Ones, and the gatekeepers, each gather all the essence of life into their respective vases and pour it into the vase of the mandala with a sibilant sound. Waving the arrow banner, Hūṃ! Summon the life mother from the eastern direction! And so on, as stated in the action ritual, recite up to Āyuṣe Jñānā Dza Dza! Recite twenty-one times. Visualize the above goddesses gathering life from the extent of space and pouring it into the vase of the principal deity with a sibilant sound, and visualize that you are also being empowered. Holding the vase, Hrīḥ! From the vase of the life goddesses, the essences are slowly poured into the vase, filling it to the brim, and from the Brahma aperture, the sound of mantras drips down, empowering the yogi me, subduing the demons.

Rainfall fills one's body completely. Visualize white nectar descending from the mouth of the vase. From the longevity Buddha's samadhi vase, immortal wisdom nectar descends. From the union of father and mother, red and white bodhicitta descends into one's own Brahma aperture. The area above the secret place is filled as if swimming. Fully filled, the body radiates with splendor and glory. May I attain the indestructible Vajra body, free from birth and death! Oṃ Buddha Kāya Abhiṣiñca Oṃ! Āḥ Padma Kāya Abhiṣiñca Āḥ! Hūṃ Vajra Kāya Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! Svā Ratna Kāya Abhiṣiñca Svā! Hā Karma Kāya Ābhiṣiñca Hā! Thus, by bestowing the empowerment, the essence within the body, like nectar and milk, fills all the essence of the purified essence. The solar and lunar gau box of the heart opens, and the wisdom wind arises, gathering with a whooshing sound. Like a magnet attracting iron filings, it dissolves into the three syllables within the gau box, radiating with splendor and glory. May all the life, merit, wealth, power, authority, blessings, and abilities of the mundane and supramundane realms dissolve into your hearts, becoming an indestructible victory banner, an unmoving life tree, a body as hard as a Vajra rock, and a life equal to the sun and moon. Again, the emanations of the five mothers gather all the life essence of the universe, along with all the longevity deities, peaceful and wrathful, as well as gods and sages, vidyadharas, Naga kings, the life force of beings (nṛ), and all the essence of the sky, sun, moon, and elements, dissolving into you and the vase. Again, gathering one by one like rays of light, dissolving into the pores of the hair, generate the conviction of obtaining the Vajra life, free from birth and death. Again, for the vase empowerment, Hūṃ! Invoking life from the realm of space, etc., entrusting this life, guarding this life. Recite the intermediate verses. Again, from the heart, urge the samaya and commitments of the longevity deities and vidyadharas, and for the sake of invoking the life essence, please visualize as follows: The chief and retinue of the longevity lords, the dakinis of the longevity vidyadhara lineage, through the blessings of the body of all the Sugatas, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble assemblies of the three times, the mundane and supramundane, extract the life essence from the vase at the neck and the amulet at the heart.
