ས་བདག་ཐིམ་བྱིན་རླབས་ནུས་སྟོབས་འབར༔ སླར་ཡང་བདེ་གཤེགས་རིག་འཛིན་གུ་རུ་དྲུག༔ སྒོ་སྐྱོང་རྩ་གསུམ་རབ་འབྱམས་ འོད་ཟེར་གྱིས༔ སྣང་གྲགས་རྟོག་ཚོགས་ལྷ་སྔགས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ངང༔ མཆོག་ཐུན་ཕྲིན་ལས་ལྷུན་གྱིས་གྲུབ་པར་གྱུར༔ ཅེས་པའི་དམིགས་པ་རྩེ་གཅིག་ཏུ་བཟུང་ལ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔ ཞེས་བླ་སྒྲུབ་ཀུན་གྱི་ཡང་སྙིང་རྡོ་རྗེའི་ཡི་གེ་འབྲུ་བཅུ་གཉིས་པ་བཟླས་པའི་སྐྱོན་དང་བྲལ་བར་བཟླ་སྟེ། ཚད་ནི་འབུམ་ཕྲག་བཅུ་གཉིས་སུ་གསུངས་སོ། །ཞར་བྱུང་ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་སྦྱོར་བར་འདོད་ན། ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོར་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་གི༔ ཐུགས་ཀར་པདྨ་ཉི་མ་ཟླ་བའི་སྟེང༔ རིག་པ་མི་འགྱུར་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད༔ དམར་གསལ་མཉམ་གཞག་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཚེ་བུམ་བསྣམས༔ རང་འོད་ཡུམ་འཁྱུད་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྫོགས་པའི་སྐུ༔ པདྨ་རཱ་གའི་འོད་ཟེར་བྱེ་བ་འགྱེད༔ དེ་ཡི་ཐུགས་དབུས་ཉི་ཟླ་ཁ་སྦྱོར་སྦུབས༔ ཧྲཱིཿམཐར་ཚེ་ཡི་རིག་པས་བསྐོར་བ་ལས༔ ལྷ་མོ་མགྱོགས་མ་ཉི་ཟེར་རྡུལ་ལྟར་འཕྲོས༔ འཁོར་འདས་ཐམས་ཅད་མེར་མེར་ཤིག་ཤིག་གཡོས༔ བླ་ཚེ་འཕྲོག་པའི་འབྱུང་པོ་ཟིལ་གྱིས་མནན༔ སྣོད་བཅུད་དྭངས་མ་རང་དབང་མེད་པར་འཕྲོག༔ རྩ་གསུམ་རབ་འབྱམས་བདེ་ཆེན་ཐུགས་རྒྱུད་བསྐུལ༔ འོད་ཟེར་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྣམ་པར་ཆར་ལྟར་བབས༔ བདག་དང་སྒྲུབ་པའི་རྫས་ལ་ཐིམ་པ་ཡིས༔ བླ་སྲོག་སོར་ཆུད་འབྱུང་ལྔའི་ནུས་སྟོབས་འཕེལ༔ རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚེ་དང་ལང་འཚོ་འབར༔ ཡེ་ཤེས་མཆོག་གི་དངོས་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་པར་གྱུར༔ ཅེས་པའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་གསལ་ བཏབ་ལ། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ༔ ཞེས་བཟླ་སྟེ་ཚད་ནི་འབུམ་ཕྲག་གསུམ་མོ། །བཟླས་པའི་མཇུག་ཏུ་ཁ་སྐོང་དང་བརྟན་བྱེད་ཀྱི་སྔགས་བཟླ། མཆོད་བསྟོད་འབུལ་ལོ། ཚེ་སྒྲུབ་དང་འབྲེལ་ན་ཚེ་འགུགས་པ་ནི། གདུང་ཤུགས་བསྐྱེད་ཅིང་ཚེ་མདའ་གཡབ་ལ། ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱི༔ བཞེངས་ཤིག་བླ་མ་བདེ་གཤེགས་རབ་འབྱམས་ཚོགས༔ ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ལས་ཡེ་ཤེས་གཟི་བྱིན་སྐྱེད༔ སྤྲུལ་པའི་ཕོ་ཉ་མགྱོགས་མ་ལས་ལ་བསྐུལ༔ ཐུགས་རྗེའི་འོད་ཟེར་ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྤྲོས༔ སྲིད་གསུམ་གདོན་བགེགས་འབྱུང་པོའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱིས༔ བརྐུས་དང་འཕྲོག་དང་བཞམས་པའི་ཚེ་ཁུག་ཅིག༔ ཕྱི་ནང་བན་བོན་སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྦྱོར་བ་ཡིས༔ བྱད་དང་གཏད་དུ་བཅུག་པའི་ཚེ་ཁུག་ཅིག༔ བརྟན་གཡོ་སྣོད་བཅུད་འབྱུང་བ་རྣམ་པ་ལྔའི༔ དྭངས་མ་སྟོབས་སུ་གྱུར་པའི་ཚེ་ཁུག་ཅིག༔ ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་རྩ་གསུམ་

地神融入加持能力燃，復次善逝持明蓮師六，護門三根本眾無量光芒中，顯聲分別諸法本尊咒智中，勝共事業任運成就祈，如是意念專注而，嗡啊吽 班匝咕噜贝玛悉地吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽 班匝 咕噜 贝玛 悉地 吽），如是念诵上师修法一切心要金刚字十二字，无有错谬而念诵，数量是说十二万遍。顺便欲修长寿法，法輪中金剛顱鬘力，心間蓮花日月墊，不變明覺智慧無量壽，紅亮等持甘露壽瓶持，自光擁抱明妃圓滿報身相，蓮花寶紅光芒百千散，彼之心間日月交合管，舍（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍）字周圍壽明圍繞故，速疾天女日光微塵般散，輪涅一切猛烈淅瀝搖，奪取命力之鬼壓服故，器情精華不由自主奪，三根本眾大樂心續催，光芒甘露之相如雨降，融入自與修法物之中，命力復原五大能力增，金剛薩埵壽命活力燃，智慧殊勝之成就願得，如是定解明觀而，嗡啊吽 班匝咕噜贝玛阿育吉那萨瓦悉地吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma āyurjñāna sarva siddhi hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽 班匝 咕噜 贝玛 阿育 吉那 萨瓦 悉地 吽），如是念诵数量是三万。念诵末尾念诵补阙与坚固咒，供养赞颂而祈请。若与长寿修法相关则勾招寿命，生起猛利祈请挥动寿命箭，吽 舍，祈请善逝上师众，法界中生智慧光芒，派遣化身使者速疾女，慈悲光芒十方皆普照，三有邪魔鬼神众，偷盗抢夺压制之寿命勾，内外苯波咒术之结合，诅咒压制所致之寿命勾，坚固动摇器情五大之，精华力量所成之寿命勾，十方三根本

May the power of the earth deity's blessings blaze! Again, the six Sugata Vidyadhara Gurus, In the light of the gatekeepers, the vast Three Roots, May appearance, sound, conceptualization, deities, mantras, and wisdom, May the supreme and common activities be spontaneously accomplished! Hold this single-pointed intention. oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma siddhi hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Siddhi Hum), Recite the twelve-syllable Vajra letters, the essence of all Lama practices, flawlessly. The quantity is said to be twelve hundred thousand. Incidentally, if you want to combine longevity practice, In the Dharma wheel, the Vajra Skull Garland, On the lotus, sun, and moon in the heart, The unchanging awareness, the wisdom Amitayus, Red and clear, holding the nectar longevity vase in equipoise, Embracing the self-illuminating consort, the Sambhogakaya, Scattering billions of rays of Padma Raga light, In its heart center, the union of sun and moon, The HRIḤ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hrih) surrounded by the life awareness, The swift goddess radiates like dust of sunlight, All of samsara and nirvana tremble and shake, Subduing the spirits who steal life force, Stealing the essence of vessel and essence involuntarily, Arousing the mindstream of the vast Three Roots of Great Bliss, Rays of light fall like rain in the form of nectar, By dissolving into myself and the substances of practice, Restoring life force, increasing the power of the five elements, Blazing with the life and vitality of Vajrasattva, May I attain the supreme accomplishment of wisdom! Clearly establish this samadhi. oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma āyurjñāna sarva siddhi hūṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra guru padma āyurjñāna sarva siddhi hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Vajra Guru Padma Ayurjnana Sarva Siddhi Hum), Recite this, the quantity is three hundred thousand. At the end of the recitation, recite the completion and stabilization mantras. Offer praise and make offerings. If related to longevity practice, then summon life force, Generate intense longing and wave the life arrow. Hūṃ Hrīḥ, Arise, lamas, vast assembly of Sugatas! Generate the splendor of wisdom from the Dharmadhatu! Dispatch the swift messengers of emanation to work! Radiate the light of compassion in all ten directions! By the hosts of demons, obstacles, and spirits of the three realms, Gather the life force that has been stolen, plundered, and suppressed! By the combination of outer and inner Bonpo mantras, Gather the life force that has been put under curses and spells! Of the five elements of the stable and moving vessel and essence, Gather the life force that has become the power of essence! Three Roots of the ten directions
