Oṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) and gather, Āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) and release, Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) these three, contemplate as the entry, abiding, and rising of the breath. Abiding and sustaining, enter the central channel. There is no mantra superior to this; this is the order of Vajra mantra recitation. As it is said. These are the Vajra recitations that take the explicit instructions of the texts and the oral instructions of the superiors as the essence of practice. If laziness arises due to long mantras, then at the beginning and end of the session, recite the long mantra as much as possible, or constantly recite the Garland of Skulls mantra up to Maraya Bat, which is also sufficient. In the root text: At the crown of the head is the seed syllable Oṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) of Samantabhadra, etc., to the navel is the seed syllable Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) for practice, thus constantly recite. Thus, focus the mind on the heart essence of the deities of the four places. Oṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओँ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om) Āḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: आः, Romanized Sanskrit: āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah) Hrīḥ Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Reciting this in speech, I think this is the intention of the Great Master of Oddiyana. My master, the great Pangton of Drepung (འབྲས་ལྗོངས་, located in Sikkim, India), relies on the meaning of the latter two lines of the above text, visualizing the father's vajra kīla at the navel, a Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable blazing with fire on a sun disc in the heart, burning away the wrong thoughts and habitual tendencies of oneself and others, the awareness blazing, emitting the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), surrounded by hundreds of thousands of dakinis, all of whom emit the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), in an instant, generate blazing awareness, speak, all realms of the world tremble, the three thousand worlds are filled with the sound of Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), visualize phenomena and existence being brought under control, visualize samsara being completely shaken. Thus, based on this visualization, during the practice, recite the Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) mantra hundreds of thousands of times, and even in ordinary times, one should abide in non-elaboration. If one possesses the essence of the practice of the Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) practice, it is excellent. Thus, understanding without error, this is the explanation of the terms. Third, the secret gathering of the samadhi of the mind has two paths: the path of desire and the path of means. The path of desire: complete with the key points of the body, exhale three times. Visualize oneself as the Lotus Secret Gathering Vajrasattva, and the consort Vajravarahi Kharchenza (མཁར་ཆེན་བཟའ) in equal union, the fathers of the deities of the four places, all emitting white light from their hearts, all the mothers, emitting red light from their hearts, shining on the outer container world, visualize it as a burning charnel ground. Inner sentient beings, all males are struck by white light, transforming into a gathering of heroes, red light strikes on

Touching all of them, it becomes a gathering of Dakinis. All of them become the Guru Padmasambhava, father and mother. Visualize that the blessings of body, speech, and mind of all the Sugatas are gathered by light rays and dissolve into my father and mother, thus generating splendor and radiance. Then, from the heart seed-syllables of all the deities of my four places, rays of light emanate, transforming into white Bodhicitta. Descending from one's own root channel, from the secret place, it enters into the secret place of the mother. Touching the deities of the mother's four places, they become delighted, pleased, and satisfied. Visualize that from the heart seed-syllables of the mother and her retinue, red Bodhicitta, together with its own wind, descends, filling all the channel places with a mixture of white and red Bodhicitta. Because the mother's body cannot contain it, it emerges from the mother's left nostril. Entering from the father's right nostril, visualize that all the deities of one's own four places are pleased. White Bodhicitta, together with wind, descends. Meditate that all the channel places, body places, and mind places are filled, increasing the bliss free from leakage. Again, it descends from the root channel. From the secret place, it radiates towards the mother. Like this, meditate on the light rays and bindus, together with radiating and gathering, the hundred and eight wind pockets, and so on. At the time when the bindu radiates and generates bliss, release the mind into its uncorrected state and recognize it. The method is also the same as above, except that the order of father and mother is reversed. Visualize yourself as being clear as the Tso Gyal mother, uniting with Orgyen (Padmasambhava), and gathering all the light rays and white elements of the father into my mother, reversing the order like the rotation of a doli. In the oral instructions, it is said that the main practice is the generation stage, so at the end of the session, visualize the method five or six times, or in the earlier sessions, practice the generation stage, and in the evening session, practice only the method. The fourth is the secret union of channels and winds: From the heart-essence of the deities of the father's four places, white light rays emanate, together with wind, and that wind touches all the male sentient beings of the six realms, who become heroes. Visualize that all their splendor and radiance enter from the right nostril, then inhale through the right nostril and hold it as much as possible. Visualize that all the male beings are gathered under your control. Similarly, from the deities of the mother's four places, red light rays emanate, touching the assembly of female beings who have become Dakinis.
