心藏。 吽！法界离戏论之处，从（法界离戏论之处）等起，迎请灌顶和加持，伴随香和乐器。 吽！本来即是智慧自性等安住。底叉南都（藏文：ཏིཥྛནྟུ，梵文天城体：तिष्ठन्तु，梵文罗马拟音：tiṣṭhantu，汉语字面意思：安住）。念诵之间，金刚杵置于头顶，撒花。以此等成为誓言智慧无二无别之信解。之后灌顶之正行，依仗宝瓶而作身宝瓶灌顶，依仗札嘎而作语秘密灌顶，依仗尝解脱之长寿丸而作意智慧灌顶，依仗长寿食子宝瓶形象而作功德圆满灌顶，依仗箭幡而作事业无量之灌顶等五种。取宝瓶，首先此宝瓶外为宝瓶之形象，内为五智慧光所成之宫殿中，金刚长寿天众坛城真实安住之命依，此置于汝等之头顶，依此，诸天众之身降下不死智慧之甘露，身体之内全部充满，生起获得不死金刚身之胜妙之信解。 吽！善逝长寿之秘密宫殿胜，吉祥珍宝宝瓶具庄严，内有三根本长寿之天众安住，以无二甘露之水作灌顶，业和烦恼习气垢染净，成就智慧天之身语意。嗡啊吽舍，格热德瓦达吉尼，萨瓦悉地帕拉吽（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿགུ་རུ་དྷེ་ཝ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हूँ ह्रीः गुरु देव डाकिनी सर्व सिद्धि फल हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ guru deva ḍākinī sarva siddhi phala hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽舍，上师本尊空行母，一切成就果 吽）。如是灌顶，布施宝瓶之水。如是宝瓶灌顶，清净身体之障碍，获得身体不死金刚之胜妙身，有权修持天之生起次第，生起成就殊胜化身之信解。取长寿酒甘露嘎巴拉，第二依仗长寿札嘎而作秘密灌顶，于大法乐之海螺器皿中，长寿天父母作安乐结合之菩提心，与不死甘露药混合，依仗品尝，身体之脉轮全部充满甘露，生起获得殊胜秘密灌顶之信解。 吽！大法乐之海螺器皿中，八万支分混合札嘎药，三根本天众和合菩提心，灌顶具缘种姓之子。

Relying on this, from the bodies of the deities, a stream of immortal wisdom nectar descends. The entire inside of the body is completely filled, generating the faith of obtaining the supreme immortal vajra body. Hūṃ! Supreme secret palace of the Sugata's longevity, Auspicious jewel vase adorned, Inside resides the three roots longevity deities, By the empowerment of non-dual nectar water, Karma and afflictions habitual impurities cleansed, May the wisdom deity's body, speech, and mind be accomplished. Oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ guru deva ḍākinī sarva siddhi phala hūṃ (Sanskrit: ॐ आः हूँ ह्रीः गुरु देव डाकिनी सर्व सिद्धि फल हूँ, Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ guru deva ḍākinī sarva siddhi phala hūṃ, meaning: Om Ah Hum Hrih, Guru Deva Dakini, Sarva Siddhi Phala Hum).
