母亲啊！祈请您今日赐予持明长寿之成就！ 平等智慧寿主父母二尊，未现明前反复生起并修持，未成就前不舍弃其意，现在即刻愿金刚身语意，毫不费力成就，祈请加持！ 如是祈请，其观想之次第为： 吽 舍！ 宝生无量寿佛之心间，珍宝黄色八瓣嘎屋之中，黄色種子字（藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्राम्，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：扎姆）以阿讷吽标识，风息调柔之缘起，催动種子字（藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्राम्，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：扎姆）字，種子字（藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्राम्，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：扎姆）中放出種子字（藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्राम्，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：扎姆），充满三千大千世界， 供养珍宝部之所有佛陀，清净我与众生之慢心所生之业障，所有显现皆为珍宝生佛之身，所有声响皆为種子字（藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्राम्，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：扎姆）之自声，觉性安乐大平等智慧之中，再次从结合处放出光明，所有显有皆成種子字（藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्राम्，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：扎姆）之自性。 珍宝部之长寿成就，以及世间界之所有婆罗门之，寿命与福德、光辉与名声、力量，大地之精华全部，皆摄集为種子字（藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्राम्，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：扎姆）字之形象，从结合处融入，充满身体之内，嘎屋开启，心髓融入種子字（藏文：ཏྲཱཾ，梵文天城体：त्राम्，梵文罗马拟音：trāṃ，汉语字面意思：扎姆），光彩增盛，光明遍布全身，毛孔皆以珍宝严饰，获得珍宝部之长寿成就，与宝生父母无二无别。 如是观修，行持脉气运转，尤其如古扎样般观修，有时以风息之骏马引导，有时语之念诵为：嗡 纳摩 巴嘎瓦德 惹那 桑巴瓦 阿巴热弥达…… 梭哈！如是念诵，念诵时摇动箭幡，吽！ 平等智慧之自性中，乐空无别圆满受用，珍宝生佛父母二尊，自明自显，恳请启发意之誓言，施展无执大乐之使者，二取轮涅之寿命， 精华等，摄集于二无别大智慧中，融入自明大乐之界中，于无造作之状态中获得增长，斩断执着显现之死主魔众，遣除分别念、疾病、邪魔、障碍等，于大乐原始清净之广阔虚空中，身之显现为金刚本尊之身，脉气明点为咒语之音声，忆念分别念为大乐意之体性，无死。

In the heart of Ratnasambhava Amitayus, In a precious yellow eight-petaled gau box, The yellow seed syllable TRĀṂ (Tibetan: ཏྲཱཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: त्राम्, Sanskrit Romanization: trāṃ, Literal Meaning: tram) is marked with A NṚ HŪṂ. By the cause of the wind's union of bliss, the TRĀṂ syllable is stirred. From TRĀṂ, TRĀṂ radiates, filling the three thousand worlds. Offerings to all the Buddhas of the Ratna family. Purify the obscurations of pride of myself and beings. All appearances are the body of Ratnasambhava. All sounds are heard as the natural sound of TRĀṂ. Awareness is in the state of great bliss, equality wisdom. Again, from the juncture of union, light radiates. All appearances and existences become the nature of TRĀṂ. The life accomplishment of the Ratna family, And all the Brahmins of the world realm, Life, merit, splendor, fame, and power, All the essences of the earth element, Gathered into the form of the letter TRĀṂ, Enter from the juncture of union, filling the entire body. The gau opens, the heart essence dissolves into TRĀṂ. Radiance increases, light pervades the entire body. The pores of the skin are adorned with jewels, Obtain the life accomplishment of the Ratna family. Become inseparable from Ratnasambhava father and mother. Thus meditate, practice tsa-lung trulkhor. Especially meditate like Gutrak Yang. Sometimes direct the wind to the horse. Sometimes the verbal recitation is: Oṃ namo bhagavate ratna sambhava aparimita... svāhā! Thus recite, wave the arrow banner during recitation. Hūṃ! From the very nature of equality wisdom, Bliss and emptiness are inseparable, perfect enjoyment. Ratnasambhava father and mother, Self-awareness, self-illumination, urge the samaya. Unleash the ungrasping great bliss messengers. The life essences of dualistic samsara and nirvana, Gathered into the great non-dual wisdom. Dissolve into the space of self-aware great bliss. Obtain growth in the unconditioned state! Cut off the clinging appearance, the lord of death, and the maras. Pacify conceptual thoughts, diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles. In the vast space of great bliss, primordial purity, The body appearance is the vajra deity's body. The tsa-lung thigle is the sound of mantra. Memory and thoughts are the expanse of great bliss mind. Deathless.
