At the shore of the Ugyen Sindhu Milk Ocean, Emanation Supreme Garab Dorje, and Yogini Empowerment Dechen Gyalmo, having attained the body free from birth, aging, sickness, and decay, I will follow in your footsteps to practice, please be a companion in my practice of longevity vidyadhara! In the forest of the Indian Flower Mountain, Accomplished Master Humchen Kara, and Brahmin's daughter Deden Gyutrul, having attained the body free from birth, aging, sickness, and decay, I will follow in your footsteps to practice, please be a companion in my practice of longevity vidyadhara! On the fragrant hillside of India, Scholar Great Pandit Vimalamitra, Dechen Treasure Mistress Supreme Lotus, having attained the body free from birth, aging, sickness, and decay, I will follow in your footsteps to practice, please be a companion in my practice of longevity vidyadhara! In the past, the source of longevity of vidyadharas was excellent, now the glory of longevity of vidyadharas gathers, in this mandala of practicing longevity and wisdom, may the longevity empowerment vidyadhara quickly be accomplished! Then receive the longevity empowerment, place the longevity spike on the crown of the head, Hūṃ Hrīḥ (ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ, hūṃ hrīḥ, seed syllables)! Unchanging longevity spike, the color of lotus ruby, in the lunar-shaped blazing palace, the lord of longevity dwells in body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, with the miraculous power of the five wisdoms, Gathering the essence of longevity of the five realms of samsara and nirvana, condensed into the core, the supreme accomplishment of longevity, body, speech, and mind, the support of longevity, the support of life, non-dually absorbed, the supreme accomplishment of longevity, may I attain the body free from birth, aging, sickness, and decay! Oṃ Āyurjñāna Tshe Bhrūṃ Hūṃ (ཨོཾ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཚེ་བྷྲཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ, oṃ āyurjñāna tshe bhrūṃ hūṃ, Om, Life, Wisdom, Longevity, Bhrūṃ, Hūṃ)! Longevity wine nectar poured into the mouth, Hūṃ Hrīḥ (ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ, hūṃ hrīḥ, seed syllables)! Like a towering snow mountain, a turquoise lake eternally frozen, similar to the longevity wine, with the shape of a butter lamp, in an instant in the bhāṇḍa, the vessel of skillful means and wisdom, the pills gathered by the longevity deities, transformed into the actual father and mother
