First, praying and requesting the deities of the mandala: Teacher, please rise. Hūṃ! (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ!) Showing the appearance of the net of illusion, Heruka, please consider. Wishing to enter the essence mandala, and having faith in great bliss, wishing to liberate those with poison, for the fortunate disciple, as in your past power, please grant as if generating the blood-drinking wheel. When praying like this, the main deity says: Vajra King, please consider. In this mandala of the assembly of E, the assembly of blazing, fierce, and terrifying ones, showing the body in a wrathful manner, the angry ones rejoice in this, summon the wrathful Vajra here. Thus, the granting was bestowed. Twelfth, bestowing the vows: In this fierce, blazing mandala, even if entered, if the vows are not kept, there is no time to be liberated from the hell realm. Whatever is said in the Illusion Tantra, the vows and precepts should be kept properly, thereby one can quickly attain special accomplishments. If one knows and rejoices at this time, then the twenty-eight vows are explained in detail. Thinking of properly keeping the root and branch vows, etc., as said in the tantra, recite after this. Deities and teachers, please consider, today please be the witness of my son, the non-abandonment and acceptance should be known, the practice and conduct should be done, the twenty-five kinds and especially, the five bodies, three speech, ten minds, the non-protection and the great protection, etc., until the kingdom of the Dharmakaya is not obtained, I will completely uphold them. The teacher's instruction is: If so, then to Heruka, slowly introduce and ripen. Holding the vajra and placing it on the crown of the head, Oṃ! If the vow is broken, the Raksha iron scorpion with nine heads will suck your heart! Lead to the place of deadly hell! If you can extremely protect the vow, the wisdom warrior will be radiant, and from the heart, he will truly dwell, and he can also lead to the place of liberation! Therefore, drink this extremely! Om Vajra Samaya Haha Vajra Pancha Amrita Tah Tah Tah! Thus, this water of the Vajra of Vows falls into the center of the heart.
