The light dissolves. Purifying with skull-cup water. From emptiness, from Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) arises Wrathful Vajra Yaksha. E hye hi. Jaḥ Hūṃ Vaṃ Hoḥ) Thus, generate and dissolve. Oṃ Vajra Yakṣa Hūṃ) Recite thus. The deity dissolves into light, becoming minute particles of water. Then, fully take self-entry, or if unable, cast the wisdom flower and request permission to introduce the disciple. The actual empowerment ritual has two parts: entry and the actual empowerment. The first includes: bathing, demarcation, Dharma talk, covering, supplication. Questions and answers, offering the body, dispelling obstacles and obscurations. Admonition, requesting permission, bestowing vows. Casting the flower, invoking the deity, opening the eyes. Introduction, generation, bestowal, prostration. Among these, first, bathing: as the disciples were born, etc., bathe externally with the water of the action vase. Second: dispelling obstacle torma, purification, blessing, summoning, dedicating with the Akashagarbha mantra and mudra, stating the power of truth and expelling, this is common, and perform the threatening gestures of gugul incense, mustard seeds, torma, and music. As in the action manual, meditate on the protection wheel. Third, the Dharma talk: all sentient beings equal to the Dharma realm and the space realm, all who have not been liberated from the net of delusion, may they be liberated into the body and wisdom of Vajrasattva's magical net. For this purpose, properly receive the profound, secret, and wondrous stages of maturation, and practice the stages of the path of liberation, clarify this intention. And listen with unerring conduct of listening to the Dharma. In general, the ground continuum, the magical net, whose essence, nature, and compassionate nature pervade all sentient beings as elements or lineages, but that very nature is obscured by sudden stains. The path continuum, the magical net, with the view that is the characteristic of knowing the cause as the forerunner, is purified by the samadhi that is the characteristic of the entry of conditions, and finally, the result of the transformation of the path, after the manifestation of the four vidyadharas, the result continuum, the magical net, the method of accomplishing the state of the all-pervading lord Vajrasattva, all the all-knowing ones have taught an inconceivable variety of vehicles. As it says in the Lankavatara Sutra: For the sake of guiding sentient beings, I have taught all vehicles, this is the goal.

Who has not? As it is said, the categories of extensive divisions are numerous, and there are many ways of concise summarization. Here, as is widely known among the early translations of secret mantras, the General Sutra states: 'The vehicle of arising guidance, asceticism and knowledge, and the means of empowerment.' As it is said, the vehicle of arising guidance, which tames the three types of beings with inferior faculties, is the Shravaka, Pratyekabuddha, and Bodhisattva. The vehicle of asceticism and knowledge, which tames the three types of beings with intermediate faculties, is Kriya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Ubhaya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and Yoga (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). The vehicle of empowerment, which tames the three types of beings with superior faculties, is Maha (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), Anu (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), and Ati (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思). In general, the three vehicles are divided into nine levels. Here, what is to be explained is the Great Vehicle of Empowerment. It exists in three great transmissions of teachings: The Ocean of Magical Display Tantra states: 'Victorious Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Yoginis, the intention is transmitted through awareness to the ear.' As it is said, first, the Transmission of the Intention of the Victorious Ones: The teacher, the basis of liberation, who has dominion over all of samsara and nirvana, the Dharmakaya Samantabhadra, expresses himself with the unborn meaning through the speech to the five families of the self-nature non-dual wheel king, and the self-appearing wheel, the peaceful and wrathful mandala of limitless appearances. Second, the Transmission of Awareness of Vidyadharas: From the retinue of the Buddha's sons and Bodhisattvas, the teacher manifests in three kinds of emanations, teaching and explaining to the three, gods, nagas, and yakshas, through symbols or methods. Manjushri emphasized the aspect of view, and taught in the realm of the gods to the Vidyadharas of the gods, mainly the renowned protector. Avalokiteshvara emphasized the aspect of practice, and taught in the realm of the nagas to the Vidyadharas of the nagas, mainly the Naga King Black-necked. Vajrapani emphasized the aspect of conduct, and taught in the realm of yakshas or non-humans to the Vidyadharas of the yakshas, mainly Samantabhadra, and they, with their respective retinues of hundreds of thousands of kotis, naturally attained the level of Vidyadhara. Then, later, five virtuous sages gathered on the summit of Mount Malaya in the land of Lanka (modern Sri Lanka) and uttered twenty-three words of lament.
