With respectful heart I offer, the lineage of the body's form is complete, pleased by the immaculate bliss, the nectar light, white as the moon, dissolves into me, purifying sins and downfalls, especially the breaches of vows, completing the excesses and deficiencies of mantras and rituals, cutting off diseases, evil spirits, obstacles, purifying all thoughts, obscurations, and habitual tendencies, on offerings, places, and paraphernalia, dissolving and dispelling all defilements, with the spreading and gathering of light rays pervading the sky, all peaceful activities are spontaneously accomplished, contemplate the expansion of wisdom appearance, the root mantra for accomplishment is: Om Agnaye Svāhā (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨགྣ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：ओम् अग्नये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ agnaye svāhā，汉语字面意思：Om, to Agni, Svaha!). At this time, add the prayer for desired purposes. May all unfavorable aspects, such as the breaches of vows, faults, transgressions, thoughts, obscurations, habitual tendencies, excesses and deficiencies of mantras, diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, interruptions, and the punishments of mothers and dakinis, of us yogis, teachers, disciples, and retinues, be pacified. Śāntiṃ Kuru Svāhā (藏文：ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ，梵文天城体：शान्तिं कुरु स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：śāntiṃ kuru svāhā，汉语字面意思：Peace, Make, Svaha!). At this time, add the desired prayers, offer as much as possible, a hundred, a thousand, a million, etc., generate joy with the tsok offering, also offer the remaining burnt substances, offer and praise, and receive accomplishments, confess faults and invite wisdom, contemplate the appearance of burning vows, after the fire itself subsides, cast the ashes into the great river, or scatter them to the wind on the mountaintop, thereby, the breaches of vows, and the disturbances of mothers and dakinis, etc., all unfavorable aspects are pacified, and the appearance of wisdom blazes, furthermore, activities such as increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful, can be combined like common secrets, the supreme activity is exceedingly rare, the ritual of nectar pills is, extensively, practiced between crumbs and, pellets, the essential essence of brevity is, the five lamps with great flesh as the main ingredient, of those who have attained accomplishment in seven lifetimes, the five iron hooks with the guru father and mother bodhicitta as the main ingredient, as the basis, other indispensable, substances for casting nectar, mix and stir them together, three fruits, six excellent medicines, three Sadāprarudita, camphor, musk, saffron, costus, rock exudate, stalactite, five roots and five senses
