梭！我等为烦恼所控制，因无知、放逸、不恭敬，所有自性罪，以及违犯所制之学处，祈请清净并令圆满！特别是金刚乘之，根本身语意三殊胜，支分誓言二十五，无有等，唯一任运等，从自性见之誓言中，所有毁坏、违犯、破损，从心底以忏悔而发露，祈赐无垢清净之成就，加持与您无别！从心底以悲痛而祈祷，金刚萨埵上师，赐予清净罪堕之许可，欢喜以光融入自身。为圆满意之缺失，自己亦于本初未造作之，状态中，心离执着，清净离戏法身，法身无二，原始明点唯一之状态中，超越取舍大自在，自生自显任运成就，所有缺失、分别、障碍于法界中解脱，未造作大圆满！阿阿阿！如是念诵，于本元遍满之状态中，无散无收而安住。此乃忏悔之次第。圆满之仪轨有三种，以共同近用物而圆满。嗡！以实物供养及以意幻化，无量刹土之供云，供养三根本海会众，欢喜纳受，圆满誓言，赐予成就！嗡 咕噜 萨瓦 达塔嘎达 德瓦 达吉尼 萨巴 热瓦ra 阿尔刚 巴当 布贝 杜贝 阿洛给 刚de 内维迪亚 夏达 扎底扎 梭哈！（藏文：ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་དེ་བ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ས་པ་རི་བཱ་ར་ཨརྒྷཾ་པཱདྱཾ་པུཥྤེ་དྷཱུ་པེ་ཨཱ་ལོ་ཀེ་གནྡྷེ་ནཻ་བིདྱཱ་ཤབྡ་པྲ་ཏཱིཙྪ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ गुरु सर्व तथागत देव डाकिनी सपरिवार अर्घं पाद्यं पुष्पे धूपे आलोके गन्धे नैविद्य शब्द प्रतीच्छ स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ guru sarva tathāgata deva ḍākinī saparivāra arghaṃ pādyaṃ puṣpe dhūpe āloke gandhe naividya śabda pratīccha svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡 上师 一切 如来 天 瑜伽母 眷属 供水 洗足 花 香 灯 香味 食子 声音 接受 梭哈！） 特别以药酒朵玛而圆满。嗡！于三根本轮之坛城中，充满智慧菩提心甘露，以此大乐之誓言，圆满根本传承上师本尊，三处空行之意誓言，所有缺失罪堕于法界中寂灭，能取所取分别障碍于自处解脱，祈赐灌顶加持成就！玛哈 班杂 阿弥利达 卡嘿！（藏文：མ་ཧཱ་པཉྩ་ཨ་མྲྀཏ་ཁ་ཧི།，梵文天城体：महा पञ्चामृत खाहि，梵文罗马拟音：mahā pañcāmṛta khāhi，汉语字面意思：大 五 甘露 吃！） 阿！于五轮之坛城中，以二取解脱之血而圆满，以此大威德之誓言，根本传承上师等 玛哈 惹达 卡嘿！（藏文：མ་ཧཱ་རཀྟ་ཁཱ་ཧི།，梵文天城体：महारक्त खाहि，梵文罗马拟音：mahārakta khāhi，汉语字面意思：大 血 吃！） 吽！于蕴界处之朵玛盘中，陈设大乐受用朵玛，以此欲妙严饰之誓言，根本传承上师等 玛哈 巴林达 卡嘿！（藏文：མ་ཧཱ་བ་ལིཾ་ཏ་ཁཱ་ཧི།，梵文天城体：महाबलिन्त खाहि，梵文罗马拟音：mahābaliṃta khāhi，汉语字面意思：大 供品 吃！） 殊胜以光明灯而圆满！ 霍！灯盏

So! We are controlled by afflictions, due to ignorance, carelessness, and disrespect. May all natural transgressions and violations of precepts be purified and perfected! Especially the root of the Vajrayana, the supreme body, speech, and mind, and the twenty-five branch vows, such as non-existence, singleness, and spontaneous accomplishment. From the vows of the natural view, all broken, violated, and damaged vows, from the bottom of my heart, I confess with remorse. Grant the unobstructed and pure accomplishment, bless me inseparable from you! From the bottom of my heart, I pray with sorrow, may the Vajrasattva Guru grant permission to purify sins and downfalls. May the light dissolve into oneself with joy. To fulfill the deficiencies of the mind, may oneself also be in the uncorrected state of the ground of all, the mind free from grasping. Pure, free from elaboration, Dharmakaya, the Dharmakaya is non-dual. In the state of the single primordial bindu, beyond acceptance and rejection, the great freedom, self-born, self-arisen, spontaneously accomplished. May all deficiencies, thoughts, and obscurations dissolve into the space. Uncorrected Great Perfection! Ah Ah Ah! Reciting thus, in the original pervasive state, remain in equanimity, free from expansion and contraction. This is the procedure of confession. The ritual of fulfillment has three aspects, fulfilling with common objects of use. Om! With actual offerings and mentally created, clouds of offerings from infinite realms, offered to the assembly of the Three Roots and the ocean of deities. Please accept with joy, fulfill the vows, and grant accomplishments! Om Guru Sarva Tathagata Deva Dakini Saparivara Argham Padyam Pushpe Dhupe Aloke Gandhe Naividya Shabda Pratichchha Svaha! Especially fulfilling with medicine, alcohol, and torma. Om! In the mandala of the Three Roots, filling the nectar of wisdom bodhicitta, with this vow of great bliss, fulfilling the heart vows of the root and lineage lamas, yidams, and dakinis of the three places. May all deficiencies and sins be pacified in the space, may grasping and fixation, thoughts and obscurations dissolve in their own place. Grant empowerments, blessings, and accomplishments! Maha Pancha Amrita Khahi! Ah! In the mandala of the five chakras, fulfilling with the blood of liberating dualistic appearances, with this vow of great splendor, root and lineage lamas, etc. Maha Rakta Khahi! Hum! In the torma plate of the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, arranging the torma of great bliss and enjoyment, with this vow of desirable qualities and ornaments, root and lineage lamas, etc. Maha Balimta Khahi!
