Regarding the way of generating results, there are three points. The reality of things is that this body, from the very beginning, is a hero, a dakini, or a Buddha of inherent purity. As stated in the Guhyasamaja Tantra: 'Earth, water, the eye, and Mamaki (Tibetan: ས་ཆུ་སྤྱན་དང་མ་མཱ་ཀཱི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: क्षितिजलचक्षुर्मामाकी, Sanskrit Romanization: kṣitijala cakṣur māmākī, Literal Chinese meaning: Earth, water, the eye, and Mamaki), White and Tara are called (Tibetan: དཀར་དང་སྒྲོལ་མ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सिततारेत्युच्यते, Sanskrit Romanization: sitatāretyucyate, Literal Chinese meaning: White and Tara are called), Fire and wind are also widely known (Tibetan: མེ་དང་རླུང་དུ་རབ་ཏུ་གྲགས།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अग्निश्च वायुश्च विश्रुतः, Sanskrit Romanization: agniśca vāyuśca viśrutaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Fire and wind are also widely known), The Vajra-born place itself is also pure (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་སྐྱེ་མཆེད་ཉིད་དག་ཀྱང༌།, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रोद्भवाः स्वयम् शुद्धः, Sanskrit Romanization: vajrodbhavāḥ svayam śuddhaḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: The Vajra-born place itself is also pure), The Bodhicitta's dala is supremely excellent (Tibetan: བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ད་ལའི་མཆོག, Sanskrit Devanagari: बोधिचित्तस्य दलाग्र्य, Sanskrit Romanization: bodhicittasya dalāgrya, Literal Chinese meaning: The Bodhicitta's dala is supremely excellent).' This is known from what was said. The nature of the mind is that from the very beginning, it is the completely pure Dharmakaya Buddha. As stated in the Dakayeshe: 'If you recognize the mind, you are a Buddha, so you should strongly cultivate the concept of not seeking the Buddha elsewhere.' This is what was said. If you realize the reality of both body and mind, you are a Buddha, and if you do not realize it, you are a sentient being in samsara. As stated in the Madhyamaka: 'Samsara and Nirvana are not two; if you know the nature of samsara, it is called Nirvana.' Therefore, in order to make the reality not only beneficial but also manifest, the stages of practicing the path are explained. Therefore, it was said, 'Sit the body like this, and leave the mind like this.' So, how should the body be placed? It should be placed as the Guru has taught. What is the Guru's teaching? It is to place it in a meditative posture with eight key points: Legs crossed in the vajra posture, hands in meditative mudra, spine straight, neck slightly bent, eyes lowered to the tip of the nose, tongue touching the palate, senses withdrawn inward, and shoulders spread wide like the wings of a vulture. It is said that staying without moving from these eight key points of the body is called 'sitting the body like this.' So, how should the mind be left? The mind should be left as the Guru has taught. If you ask what it is, it is called placing it in the state of possessing the five great mudras. Therefore, after placing the body like that, first, on the basis of love, compassion, and bodhicitta, place it clearly without distraction. Second, after that, clearly visualize your own body as the body of the Yidam deity, including ornaments and so on. Third, after that, visualize the inside of the body as empty, and in the center of the eight-petaled lotus in the heart, clearly visualize the root Guru. Fourth, in the space between the previous thought and the next thought, according to the Guru's instructions, leave the mind in its natural, uncorrected state.

Yes, if you remain in this way, the mind will abide in a state of non-discrimination. This is the door of non-arising, so do not be attached to it, but remain in that state. If you do not abide in this and various thoughts arise, this is the door of non-cessation, so do not be displeased with it, but practice the mind of enlightenment, the yidam, and the guru. If the mind does not abide in non-discrimination and thoughts arise, and you do not abide in thoughts but wander off, this is the door of non-abiding, so do not be attached or hateful, but regard whatever arises as a virtue and abide in the mind that has not been altered. Fifth, dedicate from the depths of your heart. This is the method of training the mind. By practicing the fivefold path in this way, the way the fruit arises is: such virtues will arise. What kind of virtues will arise? The virtuous deeds of both body and mind taught by the guru will arise. First, by remaining in this way, one virtue of the body will arise. By sitting in the lotus position, indigestion will not occur, and one will not be stuck in idle talk. This key point is directed towards the earth-wind, and by controlling the earth-wind, this virtue will arise. By placing the hands in meditative equipoise, it is directed towards the fire-wind, and by controlling the fire-wind, this virtue will arise. This key point will give rise to the samadhi of bliss. By straightening the spine and relaxing the shoulders, it is directed towards the pervasive wind, and by controlling the pervasive wind, the wind will return to its natural state, and the faults of pulse pain, wind pain, and heart pain will not occur. By contracting the throat and pressing on the root of the pulse, it is directed towards the wind of wind, and the virtue of being controlled will arise, and the samadhi of non-discrimination will arise. The wind of wind is directed towards the wind of wind, and the virtue of being controlled will arise, and the samadhi of non-discrimination will arise. By applying the tongue to the palate and letting the senses droop downwards, it is directed towards the water-wind, and the water-wind is controlled. Saliva and nasal mucus will not occur. By lowering the eyes to the tip of the nose, it is directed towards the space-wind, and it is controlled. From this, the clear samadhi will arise. Furthermore, by abiding in this posture, one abandons the seven non-virtuous deeds of body and speech, and the precepts of abandoning the seven non-virtuous deeds will arise, and it will become the training of higher morality. The key point of the body will not divert thoughts elsewhere.
