O arrogant one! Illusory Vajra Lord, you who accomplish all actions, may all Vajras become my delight. I pray to all the Bhagavan Tathagatas, the great self-mastering Bhagavans, those who possess the nature of compassion, please grant me empowerment. Om Sarva Tathagata Abhishinca Tu Mam. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཏུ་མཱཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ सर्व तथागत अभिषिञ्चतु मां, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ sarva tathāgata abhiṣiñcatu māṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, all, thus-gone, empower, me.) Having prayed thus, the Buddhas took from their hearts the Buddha-eye Mother, Mamaki, White-clad Mother, and the Taras, and empowered with vases filled with bodhicitta. The wrathful ones performed the work of protection. The Bodhisattvas sang the Vajra song. The Vajra Mothers made offerings. The empowerment of the great Vajra, which is prostrated to by all three realms, should be bestowed, having arisen from the secret three places of all the Buddhas. Om Sarva Tathagata Abhisheka Ta Samaya Shri Ye Hum.
