Like particles dissolving into light, the substances of the samaya of great play, such as the implements for fulfilling and offering the support of practice, (467) capable of generating uncontaminated bliss, may they pervade the expanse of the sky and arise continuously as long as samsara exists. Recite the mantra of the treasury of space three times: Oṃ vajra sphara khaṃ. Or, as an alternative to these, as stated in the Tantra of the Ocean of Activities: Oṃ sarva dharmā pūja pañca ratnā kāya koṭi bhi ghāva ka svabhāva śuddho'ham. Increase with this. Oṃ sarva dharmā abhigate hi ko haṃ yana ghā mi svabhāva śuddho'ham. Bless with this. Oṃ sarva duṣṭa gṛhṇa garja hūṃ phaṭ. Having made the power inconceivable with this, say this: Hūṃ! By faith and samaya, come here, Three Roots, Dharma Protectors, and the ocean of oath-bound ones who abide by the command, (468) please come to fulfill your samaya. In this supreme place endowed with characteristics, by the practitioner endowed with samaya, to the assembly of offerings, both actual and mentally created, please remain here with delight. In the delight of the supreme secret, those who always abide as the nature of all, the magical displays of wisdom, which pervade all of dharmadhatu. Great Vajradhara Avadhutipa, Padmasambhava, Tilopa, Naropa, Marpa, Milarepa, Dakpo, the Knower of the Three Times, great accomplished masters, Dharma Lords, etc., the Kagyu lineage holders, the ocean of accomplished ones who hold the tradition of the oral transmission, treasure teachings, and pure visions, with the fervent longing of faith and devotion (469) and the samaya of view, meditation, and conduct, fulfill the sacred samaya in the expanse. Hevajra, Māyā, the Four Seats, Kalachakra, Guhyasamaja, Vajrabhairava, etc., the mandala of the unsurpassable vajra, and all the assemblies of deities of the tantras of Kriya, Charya, and Yoga, with the clouds of outer, inner, and secret offerings, and the profound path of the two stages of yoga, fulfill the sacred samaya in the expanse.
