I confess any faults in the expanse of Dharmadhatu. Please forgive me with great wisdom and love, and grant me unobstructed activity and accomplishments. Always be pleased and mindful, and accomplish enlightened activities. May the Three Roots and wealth deities always reside on their supports. May the worldly beings depart to their respective places. May the auspicious light of goodness pervade all that is stable and moving, in this life and the next! This was written at Tsadra Rinchen Drak by Karma Ngawang Yonten Gyatso, the teacher of the final Torma, at the urging of Purla Karma Thutop, a diligent practitioner and holder of the scriptures. May virtue and excellence increase! Herein lies the practice called "The Three Pleasing Delights: A Method for Fulfilling the Heart Commitment of Glorious Wisdom Protector, the Consort and Retinue." Homage to Guru Mahākāla! All the activities of subduing demons and the ten powers, the great black Vajra who embodies them all, appearing as the form of Padmāvaṃśa, protect me inseparably until enlightenment. Fulfill any breaches and entrust activities. To accomplish all desired aims, offering is like a wish-fulfilling jewel, praised in all tantras, agamas, and instructions. Desiring to perform the practice of fulfilling the heart commitment together to the wisdom and worldly (465) protectors, especially the chief ones relied upon by the Karma Kamtsang lineage, place the fulfilling torma in a precious vessel, like piercing the heart, encircled with a thumb-seal, adorned with silk banners and the nine excellent foods such as meat and blood. If you wish to elaborate, on top of the four continents and Mount Meru, place a glorious triangular torma. Starting from the front, place the Self-Arisen Mother, the Four-Armed One, the Soot Mother, the Six-Armed One, and the lords of the charnel ground (466), with offerings suitable to each. On the tiers, offer white and red foods to the five families and so forth, according to what is appropriate. Arrange various fulfilling substances in handfuls. Adorn with silk, jewels, grains, medicines, and various foods. If possible, adorn with actual or painted representations of special fulfilling substances. When it is appropriate to fulfill the activity of the Great Black One, or even if combining with another yidam, cleanse with the activity mantra, purify with svabhāva. From emptiness, from BHRUM (藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：भ्रूम्，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字), arises a terrifying charnel ground, a palace ablaze with immeasurable ornaments and arrangements, with HUM (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字) syllables blazing in all directions like sunlight.
