如是等。我之事业无有散乱成办时，心灰意冷以血肉食子之会供，未及时酬补忏悔之。无有现量故未觉察诸过失，于教法之敌及上师之身敌，未以猛厉之事业诛灭之，泄露秘密且行慈爱忏悔之。毁誓言染污语杂食物食及，微少之物精华损减违背错谬财物等，所有罪过错谬之众，追悔莫及之门中忏悔之。身之誓言违犯忏悔之。（240）语之誓言违犯忏悔之。意之誓言违犯忏悔之。根本誓言违犯忏悔之。支分誓言违犯忏悔之。觉知誓言违犯忏悔之。未觉知誓言违犯忏悔之。为令染污清净故作此忏悔，上师怙主及眷属等众，如父母子女般容忍受纳之，所有成就于此时赐予祈请之。忏悔及所忏悔无所缘，然为清净分别之习气故，至尊圣士诸方之胜士众，以极忏悔愿获大乐。如是具足猛烈悲痛而作忏悔后，加持酬补物： 涤除。 从空性中，从བྷྲཱུྃ་（藏文，भ्रूम्，bhrūṃ，种子字）中，生出处所尸林猛厉之庄严，于可怖之中。 ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，हूँ，hūṃ，种子字）黑色无量之字中生出，外内秘密之所依物、修法物、供养物、酬补物等，悦意和合之物无不齐全且圆满。本体为智慧之自性，形象为智慧怙主及眷属等，具有悦意酬补之作用之誓言供云，以无量充满虚空界。 ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱོ་བི་ཤྭ་མུ་ཁེ་བྷྱཿ སརྦ་（藏文，नमः सर्व तथागतेभ्यो विश्वमुखेभ्यः सर्व，namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo viśvamukhebhyaḥ sarva，敬礼一切如来，一切面，一切）。（242）ཐཱ་ཁཾ་ཨངྒ་ཏེ་སྥ་ར་་ཨི་མ་ག་ག་ན་ཁཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། （藏文，त्था खं अङ्गते स्फर इमं गगन खं स्वाहा，tthā khaṃ aṃgate sphara imaṃ gagana khaṃ svāhā，如是 空 融入 散布 此 虚空 空 梭哈）。 三遍。 ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སྥ་ར་་ཁཾ། ཧཱུྃ། （藏文，ॐ वज्र स्फर खं हूँ，oṃ vajra sphara khaṃ hūṃ，嗡 班杂 斯帕拉 空 吽）。 观世音自在悲悯忿怒之舞姿，速作智慧怙主及眷属等，为酬补意誓故以虔诚迎请，以誓言力故于此降临稳固安住。 三宝根本三咒印三摩地，法性缘起不虚之谛实力，供养

And so on. When I accomplish my activities without distraction, I confess that I have failed to offer timely atonement with disheartened actions and gatherings of flesh and blood offerings. Without clairvoyance, I did not recognize faults and shortcomings. I confess that I did not subdue the enemies of the teachings and the enemies of the guru's body with fierce actions, but instead revealed secrets and acted with affection. I confess all faults and errors, such as eating food mixed with broken vows and defilements, and small amounts of damaged essence, contradictions, mistakes, and wealth, with a sense of regret and remorse. I confess the breaking of the body's vows. (240) I confess the breaking of the speech's vows. I confess the breaking of the mind's vows. I confess the breaking of the root vows. I confess the breaking of the branch vows. I confess the breaking of vows with awareness. I confess the breaking of vows without awareness. By making this confession to purify defilements, may the gurus, protectors, and all their retinues accept and tolerate it like parents and children, and may they grant all accomplishments at this time. Although there is no object of confession or that which is confessed, in order to purify the imprints of conceptualization, may the noble and holy ones, the supreme beings of all places, attain great bliss through profound confession. Having made confession with such intense grief (241), the substance for fulfillment is blessed: Purification. From the state of emptiness, from བྷྲཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, भ्रूम्, bhrūṃ, seed syllable), arises a dwelling place, a fierce charnel ground with a terrifying arrangement, in the center of which. From the immeasurable black syllable ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, हूँ, hūṃ, seed syllable), arise the outer, inner, and secret supports, substances for practice, substances for offering, substances for fulfillment, and so on, all pleasing and harmonious substances complete and abundant. The essence is the nature of wisdom, the form is the wisdom protector and retinue, with the power to please and fulfill, the clouds of samaya offerings, immeasurable, completely filling the expanse of the sky. ན་མཿསརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏེ་བྷྱོ་བི་ཤྭ་མུ་ཁེ་བྷྱཿ སརྦ་ (Tibetan, नमः सर्व तथागतेभ्यो विश्वमुखेभ्यः सर्व, namaḥ sarva tathāgatebhyo viśvamukhebhyaḥ sarva, Homage to all Tathagatas, all faces, all). (242) ཐཱ་ཁཾ་ཨངྒ་ཏེ་སྥ་ར་་ཨི་མ་ག་ག་ན་ཁཾ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tibetan, त्था खं अङ्गते स्फर इमं गगन खं स्वाहा, tthā khaṃ aṃgate sphara imaṃ gagana khaṃ svāhā, Thus space merges spread this sky space Svaha). Mount Meru, the four continents, sun, moon, and the seven royal emblems, The eight auspicious symbols and emblems, and the wish-fulfilling tree, Wish-fulfilling jewels, and the wealth of the three realms, May the Wisdom Protector and retinue... Rainbows, flower rain, and clouds of jewels, Precious mountains, uncultivated crops and grains, Bathing ponds, gardens, and wish-fulfilling cows, May the Wisdom Protector and retinue... Various forms, various sounds and melodies, Various fragrances, and water mixed with bliss-generating substances, Nutritious foods, soft and exquisite garments (244), May the Wisdom Protector... Terrifying charnel grounds, fierce palaces arranged, Foundation for wealth, five kinds of raw flesh fluttering, Field banners, victory banners, and yak-tail whisks of corpses' hair, May the Wisdom Protector... Black birds, black horses, black mules, black bears, Black yaks, black sheep, black dogs, and thirteen others, Various ornaments and outer supports, May the Wisdom Protector... Mirrors, black silk, arrows for divination born from mantras, Adorned with vulture feathers, swords, and darts, Reed victory banners and other inner supports, May the Wisdom Protector...
