Rest in the state of just knowing the self-nature of Ka, without making modifications, negations, or affirmations. Secondly, when arising from that, without losing the self-awareness of mindfulness, all the Buddhas say: (107) May I attain the great state of Vajradhara through this merit, and may all beings also attain it. May I practice for perfect enlightenment, and whatever is practiced after perfect Buddhahood, may I practice both of those practices praised by Bodhi Vajra. Thus, seal with dedication and aspiration, and engage in conduct. May this profound Dharma yoga, which eliminates obstacles, enhances, and bestows supreme and real accomplishments in years and months, be meditated upon, and may I liberate beings as numerous as dust particles in the fields. This is also connected for the practitioners of Yangkhyö Kunzang Dechen Ösal Ling, who are devoted to practice in secluded places, for the sake of facilitating their practice. Karma Ngawang Yönten Gyatso wrote this according to the oral transmission of the lama. May auspiciousness increase. (108) (109) Herein is the Consecration Empowerment Text composed by Rigdzin Khyungkpo Naljor. Homage to the Buddha! Homage to the Dharma! Homage to the Sangha! Homage to all the perfectly enlightened Buddhas as many as seven times the sands of the Ganges River, together with their Shravaka Sangha! Homage to the Arhats! Homage to the Non-Returners! Homage to the Once-Returners! Homage to the Stream-Enterers! (110) Homage to the great Bodhisattvas, such as the noble Maitreya, who are irreversible! Homage to those who have accomplished asceticism! Homage to the possessors of power and strength! Homage to those who benefit sentient beings! Today, for the sake of the patrons, myself, and all limitless sentient beings, through the power of past aspirations and compassion, I request that the special supports of the body, speech, and mind of the Sugatas, such as this dwelling place like a house, and other protective wheels, be transformed accordingly. Please come and (111) please consecrate and abide. Recite this three times and recite the Essence of Dependent Arising. The body of the Buddha is adorned with marks and signs, the speech is endowed with sixty qualities of melody, the mind is endowed with uncontaminated bliss, great bliss.

Supreme bliss. The great enlightenment Dharmakaya, abiding in the nature of all non-abiding dharmas. Say this three times, and then recite the heart of dependent arising. As long as fire, water, and wind destroy the kalpas, and as long as space exists, I request that you, the teacher, remain here. Oṃ supratiṣṭha vajra ye svāhā. (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओṃ सुप्रतिष्ठ वज्र ये स्वाहा, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ supratiṣṭha vajra ye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, well established, vajra, ye, svāhā.) (112) Recite auspicious words such as the Immutable Mount Meru, as much as possible. May there be auspiciousness and goodness at all times! The consecration seal is complete. Homage to Guru Vajra Tara. This is the oral instruction of the consecration seal, divided into three parts: preliminary, main practice, and concluding practice. First, the object to be consecrated is covered with yellow silk, etc., and placed. Then, with oneself possessing refuge and bodhicitta, contemplate oneself as the noble Tara. In front, in a clean vessel such as a bowl, fill it with good white rice or barley. Recite the Ye Dharma mantra a hundred or a thousand times, or as much as possible, and contemplate these flowers transforming into immeasurable retinues of the noble Tara mandala, bless them, and prepare them. The main practice is done at midnight (113), go to the object, uncover the object, and in an instant, visualize the object as the noble Tara. Scatter the previously blessed flowers, reciting "I prostrate to the Buddha," etc. Contemplate the immeasurable retinue of the noble Tara dissolving into the object, the body of the noble Tara of this object is extremely clear, and even every pore appears as a small body of the noble Tara, with complete limbs, filling the entire space, and scatter flowers. In the concluding practice, recite auspicious prayers and the auspicious seal, etc. Dedicate the root of virtue. This consecration seal is extremely profound, so keep it secret. Atisha. Performing it at midnight is the key time. Auspicious! (114) (115) The essential instruction that gathers the five deities of the five tantra classes, the practice of the upper lamas is here. (116) Oṃ svasti. All mandalas are gathered together, the essence of the five wisdoms. Having respectfully prostrated to this, I will briefly explain its practice method. Among them, the practice method composed by Bodhisattva Lodro Rinchen, and the accomplished Khyungpo
