Think in between. The rest is the same. Thus, the two visualizations, medium and concise, are included within the extensive visualization, so they are not listed separately. The seventh visualization cycle is included in (372). The reason for this is that all three, extensive, medium, and concise, should be obtained from the lama, and then, according to one's own preference, only one of them should be practiced. Although there is only one visualization cycle, it is not contradictory to divide it into separate Dharma session periods when explaining it. Here, in the old guidance manuals such as those written by Khetsun Gyaltsen Bumpa, it is said that the preliminary practice is the emptiness of fire, with legs in the lotus position, and the main practice is consuming tummo as food, performing the six-stove seal. However, because it depends on the lama's instructions, this is a confusing way of explaining the oral instructions. The actual practice must be done as described above. Consuming tummo as food is the main practice of tummo. The scripture says: "One's own body possesses skillful means, three channels, four chakras, adorned with the four joys of A Hum (Tibetan, Devanagari: अःहुं, Romanized Sanskrit: ah hum, Literal Chinese meaning: A Hum) burning and dripping in an instant." This is the true meaning of the scripture. Meditating on the syllable Raṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang) includes the meaning of meditating on the short A (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) at the navel. In the medium and concise visualizations (373), although the four chakras are not actually meditated on, because the entire central channel is meditated on, the central channel itself is the center of all four chakras, so in effect, all four chakras are included. Second, tummo as clothing is done after one has become somewhat familiar with the root of the visualization, consuming tummo as food. For this, do not pay attention to the external visualization of cold. Visualize the dwelling as being of vajra nature, or a ground of burning iron, and a tent with flames blazing fiercely. Visualize yourself as the deity's body, adorned with the five seals, wearing tiger skin and human skin, all burning with flames. The internal visualization is to visualize that at four fingers below the navel, the flames burning from the syllable Raṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Rang) fill the entire inside of the body. The body posture is squatting, with both hands embracing the outside of the knees, saying that the breath should be as hard as a rock, but this is all hidden oral instruction. The hands are crossed inside (374), with the palm of the right hand covering the left kidney, and the palm of the left hand covering the right kidney, sealed from the outside by embracing the knees. The key to the breath is to squeeze twice or three times, according to the strength of the body. In between sessions, strive to perform the rubbing and rubbing-instructional movements. This immediately generates ground heat.

It can generate warmth. When the body is dusty, wear thinner clothes and wipe the body clean. Also, during the main practice, if you cannot meditate on the essence of food, meditating on the emptiness of fire for a long time can also be practiced. The eighth stage of visualization. The second is laying down the mat: The external visualization is similar to wearing clothes, but more importantly, visualize yourself residing on a lotus flower made of burning iron and a mandala of the sun, with flames blazing Uru Uru. The internal visualization is to focus the mind on the red raṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) syllable directly in front of the navel, with radiant light. The key to wind is to maintain a gentle wind, continuously. Do this during the day (375) and the first half of the night, and when you are about to fall asleep, it is best to sit in the lotus position, moderately squat, and at least raise the pillow. Place the right lung underneath, knees touching the chest, and sleep with the body folded in three. Fall asleep with the mind focused on the raṃ (藏文,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) syllable at the navel. The necessity of doing this is that practicing Tummo can grasp the clear light of sleep, and the warmth of daytime practice will not disappear at night. Also, if you are slightly proficient in either the emptiness of fire or the essence of food, practicing will surely understand the meaning. The ninth stage of visualization. The fourth is riding the wind horse: If you meditate on the fundamental visualization and wind for a long time, you will be able to walk like a steed, and signs and merits will appear like this. Now you can master it immediately. If a beginner practices wind for a month or two, walking (376) will not disturb the channels and winds, nor will it make the body turbid, and walking itself has the benefit of exercising the body. That is, before going on the road, hold your breath about twenty-one times. At that time, you can practice the main visualization, or just practice non-discrimination. In fact, when walking on the road, make the hand gesture of an upward-facing meditation mudra, and gently hold your breath. The visualization is to visualize two white and green wind goddesses, who have wings, lifting you from under your armpits and taking you to the place you want to go. The holding of breath mentioned here refers to the four breaths mentioned above. Those twenty-one breaths have eighty-four breaths. This seems to be addressed to those beginners who have not achieved vase breathing. Those who can hold their breath for a long time
