Wisdom union: Because of directly seeing the truth of Dharmata (法性), seeing the unprecedented special joy, therefore it is the wisdom union of non-elaboration and supreme joy. Because the special bliss of non-outflow appears as a wave, therefore it is the wisdom union of one taste and joy-separation. Such is also not deliberately made, nor is it a mind-made. From the beginning, it is co-born, or the great bliss of non-outflow itself manifests as all dharmas, therefore it is the wisdom union of no-meditation and co-born joy. Also, because non-discrimination arises first, therefore it is the union of one-pointedness and emptiness. Also, because of obtaining true wisdom and entering, therefore it is the union of non-elaboration and great emptiness. Because its power is complete, therefore it is the union of one taste and extreme emptiness. Because all dharmas of samsara and nirvana are complete, therefore one should unite no-meditation and all emptiness. That's all. Four Yogas of Manifest Fruition Now wanting to ascertain the four yogas of manifest fruition. Therefore, 'Always in the Dharmakaya (法身), Unmoving one-pointedness, Liberated from all obscurations, Apart from elaboration, Showing benefit to others, One taste is also without, That also has no beginning or end, Said to be without meditation, Born of fruition, Yogas are said to be four.' To this, glorious Victorious One's feet said: The mind that is practiced obtains the kingship of the three bodies, and from that it never wavers, this is one-pointedness. The faults of wrongdoing are exhausted, this is non-elaboration. Like not finding stones in Gold Island, pure appearance is all that appears, this is one taste. There is no non-equality, or equality after mixing, this is no-meditation. I am the peaceful Dharmakaya alone, this is one-pointedness. The flow of mind and mental factors is completely stopped, burning all the firewood of the two obscurations, this is non-elaboration. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel or a wish-fulfilling tree, benefiting sentient beings as long as samsara exists, showing from non-elaboration, this is one taste. That itself cannot point out 'this is the beginning' and 'this is the end', therefore it is impossible to meditate on. As it is said: 'The firewood of knowable things is completely burned, the Buddhas are the Dharmakaya in peace, at that time there is no birth and no cessation, the cessation of mind is directly realized by that body.' Or, in the presence of the Victorious One, the four yogas mentioned before are also the place of all-knowing wisdom. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Chapter: When the Buddha has not departed from the Dharmakaya (chos kyi sku, 法身), the Uttaratantra (རྒྱུད་བླ་མ་, Gyü Lama, 宝性论) says: 'Because of the single-mindedness of all immovable dharmas, it is taught as the teaching itself.' This is like the yoga of one-pointedness. 'Not realized by other conditions,' this is like the yoga of non-elaboration. 'In a single instant of wisdom, it pervades all knowable realms,' this is like the yoga of one taste. 'Uncompounded and spontaneously accomplished,' this is like the meaning of the yoga of no meditation. Because all dharmas are manifestly and completely enlightened, it is said that the four yogas are manifestly complete and enlightened. Furthermore, in the Kalachakra Tantra (དུས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོའི་རྒྱུད་, Dü kyi Khorlo'i Gyü, 时轮金刚续), the four vajras, four wisdoms, four liberations, etc., are combined with the nature of the result and taught, and the meaning is the same. At the time of one-pointedness, the view of mind-only is perfected, that is, there is no conceptualization of the two aspects of grasper and grasped, and the knowing is aware, clear, and its experience arises as bliss. Bliss, clarity, and non-conceptualization abide in one-pointedness. At the time of non-elaboration, the view of the Middle Way is perfected, that is, all elaborations such as existence and non-existence, arising and ceasing, going and coming, permanence and annihilation, one and many, are cut off from imputation. At the time of one taste, the realization of the union of learning is perfected, that is, for all dharmas included in samsara and nirvana, there is no acceptance or rejection, and they become equal in taste on the basis of one realization. At the time of no meditation, the realization of the non-learning union is perfected, that is, all that is to be realized, that is to be done, that is to be attained, etc., are purified in the expanse, and the effort of practice is exhausted, becoming one with the wisdom of the Dharmakaya. The first two yogas are related to the vehicle of cause, and the latter two are related to the vehicle of result. The first two are the shamatha (ཞི་གནས་) and vipashyana (ལྷག་མཐོང་) that manifest the Buddha's intention, and the latter two are the means of using the result of manifesting the Buddha's intention as the path, distinguishing the nature of the spontaneously accomplished result by the terms of learning and non-learning. For that reason, the first two are views, and the latter two have a difference in realization. Then, does each of the four yogas have three distinctions of practice, realization, and understanding? Why is the difference of realization only established in the latter two yogas? Because in the Prajnaparamita (ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་, Pharoltu Chinpa, 般若波罗蜜多), the realization --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
