Fire and wind should also be regulated through the application of heat and cold antidotes, as they exist within oneself as enemies and friends. By understanding the order of time, age, illness, and elemental increase, one understands the respective antidotes. For example, wind is used as an antidote to earth. If it cannot be eliminated by confronting the enemy, one should unite with a friend, such as practicing wind under fire. Therefore, as stated in the scriptures: 'The faults of the upper part are eliminated by binding the lower part, and the confusions of the lower part are similarly corrected by the upper part.' Problems arising from running in the middle: 'For direct stinging pains that lack heat, the stinging pain should be directly extracted from its respective location or the originating chakra.' This means that for direct stinging pains not caused by fever, etc., they should be restored to their original position through the blessing of Ishvara. Secondly, from the perspective of a yogi: 'The three lords make wind and mind workable.' The owner of the channels is the central channel, the owner of the wind is the wisdom wind, and the owner of the bindu is the indestructible bindu. By making wind and mind workable through these three, the three doors are purified. 'The four continents and Mount Meru, whenever the movement of the sun and moon stops.' The so-called 'continental base' refers to the four elements flowing from the channels of the four directions of small transference. Mount Meru refers to the space flowing from the center. 'Whenever' means encompassing everything. How is the situation? It is the opposite of the law of the sun and moon. At that time, the elements will become chaotic. At that time, purity and impurity want to separate, the upper and lower want to mix and fight, and want to enter the central channel, so those with the power of mind and wind gather in the internal channels, and stinging pains occur due to the stiffness of the channels, just like medicine and disease meet and cause pain, and cold and heat meet and cause thunder. Just like that, Jetsun Milarepa said: 'The more obstacles and faults I encounter, it is not because I am a flawed practitioner, but a sign of the rapid manifestation of signs.' Life force mixes with bodhicitta, but bodhicitta expands excessively and flows downward, or due to attachment, etc., the life force rises excessively upward, even if one eventually attains the fruition of the Khachara, one's lifespan will be short temporarily, or the path will be blocked due to coarse bodhicitta, etc. The method of regulating these problems is: 'The cold side should be eliminated by the application of strength.' This means that by stimulating the life force, especially through the power of tummo, eliminating problems such as the channels becoming stiff from cold, slurred speech, and bodhicitta flowing downward. 'For the hot side, a stream of cool water must be lowered.' This means that when the breath is about to surge upward, the bodhicitta should be controlled by maintaining the vase posture of the secret chakra. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If (the wind) is blocked in its own channel, it is cleared by applying the four methods of flicking, striking, kneading, and combining. By means of a wheel. Wherever it is accumulated, it is thoroughly cleared by filling the wind of strength, accumulating and releasing. Wherever it is accumulated refers to the winds. All the obstacles to these are cleared by that state of Kumbhaka Vase-like), or by binding the action, accumulating and releasing the non-conceptualization of the five gates. Clearing obstacles is the necessity of the state: bodily diseases are destroyed, strength and happiness increase. Thus, pacify the diseases of elemental disturbances, purify the channels, increase the wind, and increase the bindu. By virtue of these, radiance and strength are like a god. Second, explaining the increasing manifestation of realization again, there are two types: general explanation of clearing obstacles and specific explanation of clearing obstacles. First, the general explanation of clearing obstacles includes the 'Whispered Lineage Oral Instructions,' 'Rosary of Ambrosia,' 'Precious Rosary,' 'Medicine,' 'Questions and Answers,' and 'Miscellaneous.' Second, for the specific explanation: flicking upwards is the Ha-mark and pulling back; dropping downwards is the small 'Whispered Lineage Oral Instructions'; directly clearing is the Empowerment of the Lord's practice. Third, showing how to obtain the ultimate fruit from clearing obstacles. Third, the way to obtain the ultimate fruit from clearing obstacles is divided into the time of obtaining siddhis and the siddhis of Mahamudra Great Seal). First, it is unreasonable for some to think that it is attained after three years and three months when the wind of wisdom is completed from a hundred years. Because it is said that in three years and three months, the mind of enlightenment is free from obscurations. Also, it is unreasonable to say that it is attained in three years and three months from gathering each individually to Samadhi Concentration). Also, it is said that the branch of approach is one year and the near accomplishment is six months. Padmakara said, 'The yogi who enters the form of emptiness, having done the practice for one year, abides in the state of Avadhuta The Unfettered One). Then, with Kumbhaka, one should generate a moment of great bliss, and it is certain that it is the activity of increasing bliss.' Also, 'The measure of holding life and effort is that after seeing the deity (藏文:སྐུ་,梵文天城体:काया,梵文罗马拟音:kāya,汉语字面意思:Body), the wind of life itself is greatly stopped at each time of day and night. Those who are ascetics, the mind of the path becomes equally blissful after being separated from touch for six months.' Following the recollection Samadhi for three years and three months. In the chapter on Sadhana, it says, 'Thereafter, through the purity of Samadhi, the wisdom body will be accomplished in a few days.' In the commentary, a few days. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
