Bind the emission. Attain the first Dhyana (meditative absorption). Transform into the youthful body of sixteen years. Arrive at the heart center. All appearances arise as the union of bliss and emptiness (Sukha-shunyata-yuganaddha). Bind the speech bindu (Thigle) without emission. Attain the second Dhyana. Increase the hair. Possess the strength of ten fragrant elephants. One who meditates possesses the strength of ten fragrant elephants, the strength of ten such elephants is in one who is extremely subdued, the strength of ten extremely subdued ones is in one who has supreme limbs, the strength of ten supreme limbs is in one who has supreme strength, and the strength of these ten supreme strengths is the strength of the son of the desireless one. Having attained strength equal to that strength. By stabilizing at the throat, realize that all the dharmas of Nirvana are the union of bliss and emptiness. Bind the mind bindu without emission. Attain the third Dhyana. The tongue extends to the hairline. Nectar drips from the uvula, accomplishing immortal life and supreme speech. By stabilizing at the crown of the head, realize that all of Samsara and Nirvana are inseparable in bliss and emptiness. Bind the wisdom bindu without emission. Attain the fourth Dhyana. The crown of the head is invisible, possessing marks and signs. Then, directly recognize the absence of affirmation and negation, which is desired as the ultimate path. On the four petals of the lotus at the crown of the head, the Bodhicitta (mind of enlightenment) is stabilized, which is the end of the fourth Dhyana, all the Nadis (channels), Pranas (winds), Thigles (bindus), and the movement of non-emission dissolve into the central channel (Avadhuti). Therefore, having perfected the ultimate sphere of the Dharma-dhatu (realm of reality) of peaceful cessation, not abiding in Samsara, the red aspect is completely purified; having fully perfected the collection of non-leaking compassion, not abiding in peace, the white aspect is completely purified; with the co-emergent of inseparable method (Upaya) and wisdom (Prajna), the non-dual state of the Svabhavikakaya (essence body) is completely purified, manifestly and completely awakening as the great Vajradhara (Diamond Holder) possessing the union of seven limbs. As it is said in the scriptures: 'By meditating, one awakens to all Buddhahood; without meditating, one remains as an ordinary person.' Therefore, before engaging in Mudra (hand seal), offer a little alcohol, and pour one drop of detoxified mercury into the Bhaga (womb), making the channels fine and sharp, becoming soft and long. If the Guhya-nadi (secret channel) is short and weak, then the Mudra lies supine, placing both heels on one's own shoulders, which is the posture of Garuda (mythical bird) flying. Or, the woman is on top, Moving with one's own waist forward and legs wrapped around the back, which is the posture of Nari (woman) embracing. Or, the Mudra lying horizontally, with the right leg placed on top, inserting the left elbow under the knee. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Moving by holding it from behind with the right hand, and similarly, reversing to the left is the karaṇa situated above. Alternatively, lying supine, binding the soles of the right and left feet with the palms of one's hands like the wings of a swan, and then stretching both bodies thoroughly to practice, is the supine posture or the fully stretched posture. The third is grasping: grasping is the pith instruction of the 'khrul 'khor (幻轮, wheel of illusion), as well as the copper mesh and samādhi (三摩地, concentration). Among these, the 'khrul 'khor is: drawing in the lower wind forcefully, uttering 'ha la ha la,' gathering the four continents, combining the ocean with Mount Meru, curling the tongue upwards to the palate, and turning the lips and eyes upwards, these six gathering together at once to grasp. Also, at the very key point of the body, uttering 'hig' and 'hūṃ.' The copper mesh is pressing down the upper wind, binding the lower wind, mixing them and pushing them out as if squeezing water. Grasping with samādhi is: focusing the mind without distraction on the white bindu (明点, drop) at the crown of the head. The signs of having grasped in this way: the lower gate becomes stiff, the tongue wobbles, there is heat, the hair stands on end, one feels unable to excrete urine and feces, crying, laughing, making noises, and so on, these are the signs of having grasped. The fourth is averting: averting is combined with the four animal postures, combining six combinations and possessing four. As the text says: joining the vajra (金刚, diamond/thunderbolt) and lotus (莲花, lotus) upwards to the palate, in the body posture and wind posture of the vajra drinking water, twisting the neck to the right three times to pull, and also to the left and to the center. Visualize in the hole of the jewel, the white 'phaṭ' (藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,摧破) with red, and visualize a white 'hūṃ' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हूँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,种子字) syllable at the tip of the nose of the central channel, uttering 'hūṃ,' the 'hūṃ' syllable draws the bodhicitta (菩提心, mind of enlightenment) upwards, and the 'phaṭ' syllable pushes the lower upwards, contemplate the white and red bindu mixing and reaching the crown of the head. Then, the drawing of the roar of a wild animal is: without mudrā (手印, hand gesture), sitting in the lotus position, crossing the hands on the knees, drawing the bindu to the navel with nine 'hing.' The drawing of the roar of a wild animal is: crossing the fists at the heart, drawing to the heart with nine long 'hūṃ.' For these two drawings, one must inhale forcefully, recite the drawing, gather the four continents, draw the root, erect like a pillar, curl the tongue to the palate, and reverse the lips and eyes upwards, these six must be complete at once. The drawing of the wild animal's vomiting is: planting the hand gesture of the vajra binding stretched out on the ground, drawing to the throat with nine 'hag.' The drawing of the wild animal's sniffing is: the hands forming the vajra --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
