Constantly abiding, establishing palaces in cool gardens, reveling in the eight great charnel grounds, delighting in the twenty-four realms, wandering through the worlds at night, being the Dharma protectors of the inner Buddhists, and the Yama executioners of the outer non-Buddhists, protecting all sacred treatises, following oath-holders like a shadow, tearing the life breath of all oath-breakers, sucking the heart blood of those who have perfected the ten bhumis, causing the black side to decline, destroying the works done by others, all you oath-bound ocean of beings, with devotion and oath, invite harmonious substances, and pray for swift descent. Kye! From the summit of high existence, to the base of the lowest Avici iron ground, all who are fit to come, all who are not named as idle, are all called here. Landlords, lords, ministers, fourteen in number, and all who have power to benefit and harm in years, months, days, and times, and the kingdom of Pu-gyal Tibet, the nine brothers of the lineage of existence gods, the thirteen guardian deities of the lord, the twelve life deities of the subjects, and all the gods, spirits, and powerful ones, and all those who protect the Dharma grounds such as glorious Lhasa and Samye, and especially the virtuous and excellent ones, and Mi-nyon, Ta-ton, Go-dud-pa, Jowo Tsebo Rag-ma's Tsen, and all those who protect the hermitages of the Kagyu lineage, and especially all the local deities and land owners of this region, father gods, war gods, zhang gods, and mother gods, local gods, and all the gods who act as protectors, saviors, and helpers, may all come here without exception.
